Explanations and points to note for online application for the
“Certificate of Case Reporting Record”
- Applicants should complete the electronic application form online and submit;
Application conditions: The applicant (the complainant or interested party) has filed a complaint to the Judiciary Police and has been summoned to the Judiciary Police to record a testimony.
- After submitting the application online, the applicant will receive a short message or email from the Judiciary Police immediately. When the information in the application form is confirmed, the applicant will be notified through SMS or email that the application has been accepted and will be submitted for approval. The Judiciary Police will issue the relevant certificate within 10 working days from the day following the issuance of that notification;
- After the “Certificate of Case Reporting Record” is issued, the Judiciary Police will notify the applicant via SMS or email to collect the certificate. The following documents have to be provided upon collection of the certificate:
- The original copy of a valid identity document;
- If the identity document is stolen, a valid passport, birth certificate or other identification document may be presented.
- If it is necessary to file a claim with an insurance company, a copy of the relevant insurance policy has to be submitted upon collection of the certificate;
- Application by a minor must be filed by his/her legal representative (parent or guardian). Upon collection of the certificate, the printed electronic application form has to be signed by the legal representative, and a copy of the identity document of the minor must be submitted;
- In case of online applications, the certificate cannot be collected on behalf of the applicant. Applicants must collect the certificate in person at the Judiciary Police;
- When the applicant collects the “Certificate of Case Reporting Record”, the required processing fee must be settled;
- If the applicant chooses to make online payment, the required fee must be paid online within 90 days from the date of receipt of the collection notification. If this is not processed within 90 days, online payment cannot be made for the relevant application fee. The applicant can only make such payment upon collection of the certificate at the Judiciary Police;

III. Fees and payment methods

Each certificate: Add MOP 10.
- Payment methods:
- MOP cash payment (payable upon collection of the certificate);
- MacaoPass, UnionPay QuickPass and MPay (payable upon collection of the certificate);
- Electronic payment (VISA, MasterCard, UnionPay, Bank of China e-net payment) (online payment).
