舉行2023年“司法警察日”頒獎禮
司法警察局於2023年7月19日在總部大樓舉行一年一度的司法警察日頒獎禮，對工作表現傑出的人員及團隊予以嘉許，表揚優異，激勵士氣，弘揚以警為本的警隊文化，並總結局方在維護國家安全和特區穩定、預防和打擊犯罪、推動社區警務各方面的工作情況。
頒獎禮邀得保安司司長黃少澤、檢察院檢察長葉迅生、中聯辦警務聯絡部副部長王前進、警察總局局長梁文昌、紀監會委員徐偉坤，聯同司警局局長薛仲明主禮；保安司司長辦公室主任張玉英、檢察長辦公室副主任胡潔如、中聯辦警務聯絡部處長張宇等嘉賓亦蒞臨出席。
薛仲明局長致辭時總結局方過去一年的執法情況及成果，指出本澳自進入疫後復常階段以來，司警局在上級領導下高效履職，有力維護國家安全、網絡安全、社會安全，嚴重犯罪仍維持低案發，多類犯罪雖較去年同期有所增加，但在各項警務措施發揮切實作用下，社會治安保持穩定，犯罪風險仍然受控。薛局長表示，局方將繼續堅持底線思維，並在三個警務理念指導下，持續完善各項警務部署，縝密應對當前突出的治安問題，警惕並化解潛在安全風險，重視並主動跟進居民關切的治安隱患，全局上下團結一致，為維護國家與特區安全、大眾安居樂業作出更有力的承擔。
今年共有12名司警人員獲保安司司長授予卓越功績獎。頒獎禮上，主禮嘉賓向獲獎人員頒獎，並向九個偵查集體及參與2023年“全民國家安全教育展”相關工作的團隊頒發集體嘉獎。隨後，司警局領導向115位人員頒發個人嘉獎，向三個工作團隊頒發集體嘉獎。薛局長勉勵獲獎人員及團隊堅守使命、精益求精，不忘上級及社會的期許。

Holding the 2023 “Judiciary Police Day” Award Ceremony
On 19th July 2023, the Judiciary Police held its annual Judiciary Police Day Award Ceremony at the headquarters building to confer awards to individuals and teams with outstanding work performance in recognition of excellence, boosting morale and promoting police-oriented culture, while summing up its work in various areas such as the upholding of national security and stability of the Special Administrative Region, prevention and combat of crimes, and advancement of community policing.
Secretary for Security WONG Sio Chak, Prosecutor General IP Son Sang of the Public Prosecutions Office, Deputy Director of the Police Liaison Department WANG Qianjin of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government, Commissioner General LEONG Man Cheong of the Unitary Police Service, Committee Member TSUI Wai Kwan of the Macao Public Security Forces Disciplinary Commission and Director SIT Chong Meng of the Judiciary Police were invited to officiate at the award ceremony. The ceremony was also attended by guests including Chief of Office CHEONG Ioc Ieng of the Secretary for Security, Deputy Chief WU Kit I of the Office of the Prosecutor General and Head of Division ZHANG Yu of the Police Liaison Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Macao.
In his speech, Director SIT Chong Meng summarized the situation and results of law enforcement undertaken by the Judiciary Police for the past year, pointing out that, ever since Macao entered a post-epidemic recovery phase, under the guidance of the superior level, the Judiciary Police had executed its duties with high efficiency and strove to safeguard national security, cybersecurity and social security. The incidence of serious crimes remained low. Although there was an increase in various types of crimes compared to the same period last year, with effective implementation of various policing measures, the law and order of the community remained stable and crime risks were still under control. Director SIT stated that, the Judiciary Police would continue to adhere to the bottom-line mentality, and guided by three policing philosophies, the Judiciary Police would continue to improve various policing deployments, address the current outstanding security issues in a meticulous manner, and be alert to and resolve potential security risks. In addition, the Judiciary Police would attach importance to and took initiative to follow up on the potential hidden risks to law and order which residents were concerned about. All the staff members would be united to make a stronger commitment to safeguard the security of the country and the Special Administrative Region, as well as striving to enable the public to live in peace and work happily.
This year, Secretary for Security conferred the Exceptional Merit Award to a total of 12 Judiciary Police personnel. At the award ceremony, officiating guests presented awards to the award-winning personnel, and the Group Commendation Award to nine investigation groups and relevant teams participating in the “National Security Education Exhibition” in 2023. Subsequently, the Judiciary Police directorate presented the Individual Commendation Award to 115 staff members and the Group Commendation Award to 3 working teams. Director SIT encouraged the award-winning personnel and teams to persevere in their mission and strive for excellence, without forgetting the expectations of the superior level and the community.

Realização da Cerimónia de Entrega de Prémios do “Dia da Polícia Judiciária 2023”
A Polícia Judiciária realizou no dia 19 de Julho de 2023, no Edifício Sede, a Cerimónia Anual de Entrega de Prémios do “Dia da Polícia Judiciária”, foram louvados os funcionários e subunidades que tiveram um desempenho excelente no trabalho, para elogiar a excelência conquistada e incentivar o seu moral, promovendo a cultura da equipa policial baseada no conceito “Ter por base a polícia”. Foi feito também o balanço do trabalho desenvolvido pela PJ no âmbito da defesa da segurança nacional e estabilidade da RAEM, de prevenção e combate ao crime e de impulsionamento do policiamento comunitário.
Presidiram este acto os convidados de honra, o Secretário para a Segurança, WONG Sio Chak, o Procurador do Ministério Público, IP Son Sang, o Subdirector dos Serviços de Ligação para os Assuntos Policiais do Gabinete de Ligação do Governo Popular Central na RAEM, WANG Qiangjin, o Comandante-geral dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, LEONG Man Cheong, o membro da Comissão de Fiscalização de Disciplina das Forças e Serviços de Segurança, TSUI Wai Kwan, e o Director da PJ, SIT Chong Meng. Também estiveram presentes no evento a Chefe de Gabinete do Secretário para a Segurança, CHEONG Ioc Ieng, a Chefe-Adjunta de Gabinete do Procurador, WU Kit I e o Chefe de divisão dos Serviços de Ligação para os Assuntos Policiais do Gabinete de Ligação do Governo Popular Central na RAEM, ZHANG Yu, entre outros.
No seu discurso, o Director SIT Chong Meng, fez um balanço do trabalho desenvolvido pela PJ e dos resultados obtidos ao longo do último ano, indicando que desde a entrada de Macau na fase do retorno à normalidade pós-pandemia, sob a orientação dos superiores, a PJ tem funcionado com grande eficiência, empenhando-se nas tarefas da defesa da segurança do Estado, da cibersegurança e da segurança da sociedade. Nesta fase, a taxa de crimes graves continua a manter-se baixa e nos demais tipos de crimes registou-se um aumento em comparação com o mesmo período do ano anterior, todavia, com os efeitos reais das diversas medidas policiais tomadas, a ordem pública continuou a manter-se numa conjuntura estável e com os riscos de ocorrência de crimes sob controlo. O Director da PJ referiu que a PJ irá continuar a persistir numa “postura baseada em pressupostos de situações mais desfavoráveis” e, com a orientação dos três conceitos policiais, irá aperfeiçoar progressivamente as disposições policiais, efectuando, de forma meticulosa, o trabalho de resposta aos problemas de segurança em destaque, irá manter-se em alerta e resolverá os riscos encobertos relativos à segurança, prestando maior atenção e acompanhando de forma activa potenciais perigos de segurança com que a população mais se preocupa, para dar, com a união de todos, o melhor contributo para a defesa da segurança nacional e da RAEM e o bem-estar da população.
Este ano, foram atribuídas, pelo Secretário para a Segurança, menções de mérito excepcional a 12 funcionários da PJ. Na cerimónia, os convidados de honra entregaram as menções ao pessoal premiado, e foram concedidos louvores colectivos a 9 subunidades de investigação criminal e à equipa de trabalho que participou na “Exposição sobre a Educação da Segurança Nacional” de 2023. De seguida, os dirigentes da PJ entregaram louvores individuais a 115 funcionários e louvores colectivos a 3 equipas de trabalho. Por fim, o Director SIT encorajou o pessoal e as equipas premiados a cumprirem firmemente as suas missões, procurarem constantemente o aperfeiçoamento e ainda, a lembrarem-se sempre das expectativas dos superiores hierárquicos e da sociedade.
