司警局人員隨澳門保安代表團參賽“世警會”獲佳績

第18屆世界警察和消防員運動會（簡稱“世警會”）於2019年8月8日至18日在成都舉行，來自全球80個國家、地區和國際組織的共7718名運動員參與盛事。世界警察和消防員運動會聯合會主席拉瑞‧柯林斯表示，是次盛會是世警會第一次落戶亞洲國家，這次比賽的成功舉辦對世警會在全球的推廣起到了積極作用。

兩年一度的世警會始於1985年，是世界最大規模的警政消防人員體育競賽，又被稱為“警界奧運會”。本屆世警會共設60個比賽項目，其中，成都主賽場56個，美國分賽場四個。經過十天的激烈角逐，共產生3784枚獎牌，包括金牌1593枚、銀牌1220枚、銅牌971枚。其中中國全體參賽警察和消防員頑強拼搏、奮勇爭先，金牌數、獎牌總數均位列首位；共獲金牌數377枚、銀牌數378枚、銅牌數326枚，共計1081枚獎牌，拿下“雙榜首”。

澳門保安系統在主辦方的邀請下，首次組團參與，代表團成員包括保安部隊事務局、治安警察局、司法警察局、消防局及澳門保安部隊高等學校的人員，共47名官員及運動員出席活動，分別參與了半程馬拉松、男子小龍200米龍舟、極限消防員、室內划艇、游泳、羽毛球和五人足球七項賽事。在半程馬拉松比賽中，澳門治安警察局吳楊楊獲得18+組別及全場女子冠軍。在室內划艇比賽中，澳門消防局胡敖霆獲得男子40+組別輕量級個人2000米冠軍。澳門司法警察局覃舜君則在游泳比賽中分別獲得30+組別50米仰泳第一、100米蛙泳第三；而澳門保安部隊高等學校崔展文則獲得了200米混合泳第三。龍舟200米小龍賽比賽中，澳門消防局眾人齊心協力，拿下了18+組別第五名，不僅如此，澳門消防局在極限消防員比賽中也展現了實力，獲得第九名。除此之外，澳門司法警察局在五人足球賽中進入A組8強，司警局人員陳耀宗則在羽毛球男子單打30+比賽中進入32強。首度出征世警會，澳門代表隊便取得了可喜的成績。

本屆世警會為世界警察和消防員提供了同台競技、展現英姿的機會，而世警會已成為國際警政同行間交流合作的良好平台。澳門保安代表團藉是次參賽機會，通過公平競爭，展現體育精神，並與世界各地運動員增進了認識、加強了交流，建立起友誼。

2021年，第19屆世界警察和消防員運動會將在荷蘭鹿特丹舉行。

Judiciary Police personnel participated in “World Police and Fire Games” with Macao public security delegation, achieving gratifying results

The 18th World Police and Fire Games (WPFG) were held in Chengdu from 8th to 18th August 2019. A total of 7718 athletes from 80 countries, regions and international organizations participated in the event. The President of the WPFG Federation Larry Collins expressed that this was the first time WPFG took place in an Asian country. The successful organization of this competition brought a positive effect to the global promotion of WPFG.

The biennial WPFG, first held in 1985, is the largest sports competition among police officers and firefighters in the world, also known as “Police Olympics”. This WPFG had 60 competitive events, of which, 56 were held in the main venue in Chengdu, while 4 were held in the sub-venue in USA. After 10 days of heated competition, a total of 3784 medals were produced, including 1593 gold medals, 1220 silver medals and 971 bronze medals, of which, the Chinese police officers and firefighters strived tenaciously to suceed and won the first place in both the total number of gold medals and gross medals by attaining 377 gold medals, 378 silver medals and 326 bronze medals, a total of 1081 medals, winning the title of “Double Champion”.

The Macao public security system formed a delegation to participate in the event for the first time at the invitation of the organizing party. The delegation of 47 officers and athletes was composed of personnel from the Public Security Affairs Bureau, Public Security Police Force, Judiciary Police, Fire Services Bureau and Academy of Public Security Forces, who participated in seven competitions including Half Marathon, 200 Meter Small Dragon Boat – Men, Ultimate Firefighter, Rowing Indoor, Swimming, Badminton and 5-a-side Soccer respectively. In the half marathon competition, Ng Ieong Ieong from the Public Security Police Force achieved the first prize in the 18+ Category and the women’s championship. Wu Ngou Teng from the Fire Services Bureau won the first prize in Rowing Indoor (Individual) – Men, 40+, Lightweight, 2000 Meters. Cham Son Kuan from the Judiciary Police won the first prize in 50 Meter Backstroke - 30+ and third prize in 100 Meter Breaststroke respectively in the swimming contests, while Choi Chin Man from the Academy of Public Security Forces won the third prize in 200 Meter Medley. In the 200 meter small dragon boat competition, personnel from the Fire Services Bureau made concerted efforts to win the fifth prize in the competition’s 18+ category. Not only that, they also flexed their muscles in the ultimate firefighter competition and attained the 9th prize. In addition, the Judiciary Police entered the top 8 of Group A in 5-a-side soccer competition, while Judiciary Police personnel Chan Io Chong entered the top 32 in Badminton – Men Singles 30+. Participating WPFG for the first time, the Macao delegation achieved gratifying results.

This year’s WPFG provided police officers and firefighters all over the world an opportunity to compete and show their talents. It has become a good platform for exchanges and cooperation among international police counterparts. The Macao public security delegates took this opportunity to demonstrate their sportsmanship via fair competition, as well as strengthening understandings, enhancing exchanges and establishing friendships with other athletes in the world.

In 2021, the 19th World Police and Fire Games will be held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Pessoal da PJ integrou a delegação de Macau para participar nos Jogos Mundiais de Polícias e Bombeiros e conquistou bons resultados

Realizaram-se em Chengdu os 18º Jogos Mundiais de Polícias e Bombeiros, de 8 a 18 de Agosto de 2019, o evento contou com a participação de um total de 7.718 atletas provenientes de 80 países, regiões e organizações internacionais. Larry Collins, presidente da Federação dos Jogos Mundiais de Polícias e Bombeiros disse, na ocasião, que os jogos foram, pela primeira vez, realizados num país asiático, e o sucesso desta edição teve um papel positivo na promoção dos jogos em todo o mundo.

Os Jogos Mundiais de Polícias e Bombeiros, é um evento bienal desde 1985, é a maior competição desportiva mundial para polícias e bombeiros, e são também conhecidos como "Jogos Olímpicos Policiais". A presente edição teve um total de 60 modalidades, entre as quais, foram realizadas 56 no principal campo de Chengdu e quatro no subcampo nos EUA. Após dez dias de competição, foram atribuídas 3.784 medalhas, incluindo 1.593 medalhas de ouro, 1.220 de prata e 971 de bronze. Importa referir que todos os concorrentes, policias e bombeiros chineses, demonstraram uma alta competitividade, e conquistaram o maior número das medalhas de ouro também da totalidade das medalhas , ganhando no total 377 medalhas de ouro, 378 medalhas de prata e 326 medalhas de bronze.

Os Serviços de Segurança de Macau tomaram parte no evento pela primeira vez, a convite do organizador. A delegação de Macau era composta por 47 membros, oficiais e atletas, provenientes das Direcção dos Serviços das Forças de Segurança de Macau, Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública, Polícia Judiciária, Corpo de Bombeiros e Escola Superior das FSM, que competiram em sete modalidades: meia maratona, corridas de barcos-dragão, prova Ultimate Firefighter, remo indoor, natação, badminton e futebol. Na meia maratona, a representante do CPSP, Wu Yangyang, obteve o 1º lugar seja na categoria 18+ seja na categoria feminino. Quanto ao torneio do remo indoor, Wu Ngou Teng do Corpo de Bombeiros ficou em 1º lugar (categoria masculino, individual, 40+, 2000m). A representante da PJ, Chum Shun Kwan Andrea ocupou o 1º lugar na prova de costas (categoria 30+, 50m) e ficou em 3º lugar na prova de bruços (categoria 30+,100m), e Chui Chin Man da Escola Superior das FSM ficou em 3º lugar na prova 200m mista. No torneio de barcos-dragão, a equipa do Corpo de Bombeiros, para além de ficar em 5º lugar na prova de pequeno dragão (categoria 18+, 200m), ocupou também o 9º lugar na prova Ultimate Firefighter. Além disso, a equipa da PJ esteve nos quartos de final no torneio de futebol 5 (grupo A) e Chan Io Chong também da PJ ficou na rodada 32 na Prova de badminton singulares masculinos (categoria 30+). A delegação de Macau participou pela primeira vez nos Jogos Mundiais de Polícias e Bombeiros e conseguiu bons resultados.

Os Jogos Mundiais de Polícias e Bombeiros ofereceram uma oportunidade para que os agentes policiais e bombeiros de todo o mundo competir no mesmo palco e demonstrar as suas capacidades, também foi uma oportunidade para intercâmbio e cooperação policiais a nível internacional. Através deste evento, a delegação de Macau pôde mostrar o espírito desportivo mediante competições justas, conhecer atletas de outras nacionalidades reforçando o intercâmbio e criando amizades.

Em 2021, os 19º Jogos Mundiais de Polícia e Bombeiros serão realizados em Roterdão, na Holanda.
