公安部紀律作風建設代表團到訪本局
中國公安部紀律作風建設代表團於2019年6月13至15日期間，來澳進行工作交流。6月14日上午，代表團團長、公安部直屬機關工會主席葉衛兵率團，在澳門保安部隊高等學校人員陪同下到訪本局，與本局代局長杜淑森、多位廳處級主管人員會晤交流，瞭解本局的警務培訓、內部管理及紀律監督等運作機制。
杜淑森代局長熱烈歡迎代表團到訪，並指出強化警隊管理是依法執法的前提保障，本局一直以來非常重視建立嚴肅的警紀警風。針對回歸前警隊內部的紀律和管理問題，時任本局領導、現任保安司黃少澤司長推出了一系列改革措施，在澳門回歸祖國後幾天就馬上成立了內部監督機制。
回歸近二十年，本局一直完善內部和外部監督，近年在固有的基礎上，貫徹執行保安司倡議有關警隊管理的理念和措施，繼續從管理制度、警察文化、道德教育等多方面加強紀律作風建設，銳意建立一支廉潔奉公、積極有為、執法為民的警察隊伍。
會上，本局人員向代表團扼要介紹了本局的內部和外部監督機制，以及警隊紀律和管理工作情況，雙方並就建設廉潔、高效、專業的警察隊伍和警務培訓等工作交換意見。
是次到訪交流，促進了兩地警務機關的溝通和瞭解，希望兩地日後在警隊文化建設、警務工作等方面繼續加強交流與合作。

21st June 2019 Delegation of the Ministry of Public Security on the Nurturing of a Disciplined Work Style visited the Judiciary Police
The delegation of the Ministry of Public Security on the Nurturing of a Disciplined Work Style came to Macao for work exchange between 13th and 15th June 2019. Led by the head of delegation and Chairman of the Labour Union directly subordinate to the Ministry of Public Security, Ye Weibing, and accompanied by the personnel from the Academy of Public Security Forces, the delegation visited the Judiciary Police on the morning of June 14th for an exchange meeting with Acting Director Tou Sok Sam as well as heads of several departments and divisions, understanding the operational mechanisms such as police training, internal management and discipline supervision of the Judiciary Police.
The visit of the delegation to the Judiciary Police was warmly welcomed by Acting Director Tou Sok Sam, who pointed out that enhancement of police management was a prerequisite safeguard for law enforcement, and that the Judiciary Police had all along been attaching great importance to the development of stringent police discipline and ethos. The then Director of the Judiciary Police, the incumbent Secretary for Security Wong Sio Chak, introduced a series of reform initiatives in a bid to address the issues of internal discipline and management of the police force before the return of sovereignty. An internal monitoring mechanism was established several days right after Macao's return to its Motherland.
Over almost two decades since the return of sovereignty, the Judiciary Police had always been improving the internal and external supervision. In recent years, on the inherent basis, the philosophies and measures on police management advocated by the Secretary for Security had been consistently implemented. The Judiciary Police continued to strengthen the nurturing of a disciplined work style from various aspects including management system, police culture, moral education, and was determined to build a police force with integrity, commitment and dynamism in enforcing law for the people.
During the meeting, the Judiciary Police personnel gave the delegation a brief introduction of our internal and external monitoring mechanisms, as well as the work on discipline and management of the police force. Both sides also exchanged views on areas including the establishment of a clean, efficient and professional police force and police training.
This visit for exchange had facilitated the communication and understanding between the police agencies of the two places. It was hoped that the two sides would continue to enhance exchanges and cooperation in the areas including nurturing of police culture and police work in the future.

Uma delegação do Ministério da Segurança Pública da RPC visitou a PJ
Nos dias entre 13 e 15 de Junho de 2019, a Delegação da vriação de um estilo disciplinar do Ministério da Segurança Pública da RPC veio a Macau para trocar opiniões de trabalho com as autoridades de Macau. Na manhã de 14 de Junho, liderada pelo seu chefe e o presidente do Sindicato subordinado directamente ao Ministério da Segurança Pública da RPC, Ye Weibing acompanhado pelo pessoal da Escola Superior das Forças de Segurança de Macau, realizou uma visita à PJ e teve reuniões com a subdirectora da PJ, Tou Sok Sam, e vários chefes de departamento e de divisão, para assim tomar mais conhecimento sobre os mecanismos de funcionamento da formação policial, da gestão interna, da fiscalização disciplinar e das outras áreas.
A subdirectora, Tou Sok Sam, deu as boas vindas à delegação, indicando que o melhoramento da gestão das forças policiais é um pré-requisito da execução da lei, e a PJ atribui sempre grande importância ao estabelecimento de uma rigorosa disciplina policial. Relativamente às questões da disciplina e da gestão no interior das forças policiais ocorridas antes da transferência de soberania, a subdirectora da PJ e o actual Secretário para a Segurança, Wong Sio Chak, implementaram uma séria de medidas de reforma e estabeleceram mecanismos de fiscalização interna poucos dias depois da transferência.
Após quase 20 anos da transferência, a PJ tem vindo a melhorar a fiscalização interna e externa, com base consolidada nas forças policiais, concretizando, nos últimos anos, os conceitos e as medidas da gestão policial que foram propostos pelo Secretário para a Segurança, continua a reforçar a disciplina policial no âmbito do sistema de gestão, da cultura policial, da educação moral e das outras áreas, para construir uma força policial íntegra e dinâmica na execução da lei a fim de salvaguardar a segurança dos nossos cidadãos.
No encontro, o pessoal da PJ fez uma breve apresentação sobre os mecanismos interno e externo, a disciplina policial e a situação da gestão da PJ, os dois lados trocaram opiniões sobre a constituição de uma equipa policial profissional com integridade e eficácia, a formação policial etc.
Esta visita proporcionou a comunicação e melhorou o conhecimento entre as duas partes, espera-se que ambas possam continuar a melhorar o intercâmbio e a cooperação no âmbito da constituição da cultura policial, do trabalho policial e das outras áreas.
