本局蘇天洪督察獲澳門特區政府授予勞績獎章
澳門特別行政區2016年度勳章、獎章和獎狀頒授典禮於2017年1月6日下午舉行，行政長官向36個個人或集體頒授勳章、獎章和獎狀，以表揚其在個人成就、社會貢獻或服務澳門特別行政區方面的傑出表現。本局侵犯人身罪案調查科主管、一等督察蘇天洪（Porfírio Zeferino de Souza）獲授予勞績獎章。
蘇天洪督察於1983年入職司法警察局，現為刑事調查廳侵犯人身罪案調查科職務主管，長期負責偵辦嚴重刑事罪案，多年來在上級領導和同事們齊心合力之下，不畏險阻，偵破多宗重大案件，有效捍衛法治社會的尊嚴，維護市民大眾的安全。蘇督察表示是次獲特區政府頒授勞績獎章乃是整個團隊的榮譽，他也不忘感謝家人的體諒和支持，讓他能全情投入工作，盡展所長。
對於蘇天洪督察獲授獎章，本局仝人與有榮焉，備受激勵；未來，本局上下將繼續履行法律賦予的職責，奮力前行，為維護社會安寧作出貢獻。

Chief Coordinator of Criminal Investigation Porfírio Zeferino de Souza being awarded the Medal for Distinguished Service by the MSAR Government
The Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) held the 2016 Decorations, Medals and Certificates of Merit Award Ceremony on the afternoon of 6th January 2017. The Chief Executive awarded decorations, medals and certificates of merit to 36 individuals and organizations, in recognition of the outstanding performance of their personal achievements, social contributions or distinguished services to the MSAR. Chief Coordinator of Criminal Investigation Porfírio Zeferino de Souza, Supervisor of Section for Offences against Persons of the Judiciary Police was awarded the Medal for Distinguished Service.
Chief Coordinator of Criminal Investigation Porfírio Zeferino de Souza joined the Judiciary Police in 1983, and is now the Supervisor of Section for Offences against Persons of the Criminal Investigation Department. He had been working on serious criminal cases over an extended period of time. Throughout the years, under the leadership of the directorate and close cooperation with colleagues, he busted a number of important cases in spite of risks and obstacles, effectively defended the dignity of the legal society, and maintained the security of the citizens and public. Chief Coordinator of Criminal Investigation Porfírio Zeferino de Souza expressed that receiving the award of the Medal for Distinguished Service from the MSAR Government was an honour for the entire work team. He also thanked his family members for their understanding and support, which rendered him to devote fully into his job and utilize his expertise.
All the staff members of the Judiciary Police were honoured and immensely encouraged by the bestowal of the Medal for Distinguished Service award to Chief Coordinator of Criminal Investigation Porfírio Zeferino de Souza. In the future, the Judiciary Police will continue to perform the duties as conferred by law, diligently moving forward to contribute to the maintenance of social order.

O inspector da PJ, Porfírio Zeferino de Souza, recebeu a Medalha de Dedicação pelo Governo da Região Administrativa Especial de Macau
A cerimónia de imposição de Medalhas e Títulos Honoríficos do ano de 2016 da Região Administrativa Especial de Macau da República Popular da China realizou-se na tarde de 6 de Janeiro de 2017, o Chefe do Executivo atribuiu Medalhas e Títulos Honoríficos a 36 individualidades ou entidades que se notabilizaram por feitos, contributos para a sociedade ou serviços prestados à RAEM. O inspector de 1.a classe, Porfírio Zeferino de Souza, responsável da Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Pessoa da Polícia Judiciária, recebeu a Medalha de Dedicação.
O inspector Porfírio Zeferino de Souza, ingressou na PJ em 1983, actualmente desempenha o cargo do chefe funcional da Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Pessoa do Departamento de Investigação Criminal, há muito tempo tem sido responsável pela investigação de crimes graves, e ao longo dos anos, sob a liderança dos superiores hierárquicos e com a colaboração dos seus colegas, não teve medo dos perigos e dificuldades e conseguiu resolver vários casos importantes, defendendo, assim, eficazmente a dignidade de uma sociedade de direito e salvaguardando a segurança da população. O inspector Porfírio Zeferino de Souza referiu que esta atribuição da Medalha de Dedicação pelo Governo da RAEM foi uma honra para toda a equipa de trabalho, e o mesmo não esqueceu de agradecer a compreensão e apoio dos seus familiares, que lhe permitiram uma dedicação ao trabalho de todo o coração e consequentemente o desenvolvimento pleno do seu potencial.
Toda a PJ partilha a honra e fica muito incentivada pela atribuição da medalha ao Inspector Souza. No futuro, o pessoal todo desta Polícia irá continuar a cumprir as atribuições conferidas por lei, avançar sem poupar esforços, dando assim um grande contributo para a salvaguarda da tranquilidade da sociedade.
