司警局晉升69名一等刑事偵查員

司法警察局於2016年11月3日在總部大樓舉行一等刑事偵查員就職儀式，在周偉光局長主持、薛仲明及杜淑森兩位副局長和多位刑偵部門主管的見證下，共有69人獲擢升為一等刑事偵查員。
　　是次人員晉升是因應執法工作的需要，以及相關人員在工作資歷和專業素質上均符合晉升條件。新任一等刑事偵查員均具有三年以上刑事偵查經驗，部份曾獲本局頒發個人嘉獎和集體嘉獎。他們於2015年6月至12月期間參與進階警務培訓課程，修讀刑事法律、職業道德、刑事偵查、現場勘查、公眾接待等學科，在執法能力及綜合水平方面均達到法定標準，獲正式晉升為一等刑事偵查員。
　　新任一等刑事偵查員的宣誓就職，充分體現本局致力強化刑偵力量的決心，本局深信他們定能切實履行法定職責，在特區政府新型警務理念的指導下，積極為維護社會安寧作出貢獻。

Judiciary Police promotes 69 Senior Criminal Investigators

The Judiciary Police held the inauguration ceremony for Senior Criminal Investigators at its headquarters on 3 November 2016. Hosted by Director Chau Wai Kuong, and under the witness of the two Deputy Directors, Sit Chong Meng and Tou Sok Sam, as well as the heads of various criminal investigation units, a total of 69 persons were promoted to Senior Criminal Investigators.
      The promotion was made in response to the need of law enforcement work, and both the working experience and professional qualities of the related personnel met the promotion requirements. All newly-promoted Senior Criminal Investigators have more than three years’ criminal investigation experience, some have received Individual Commendation Award and Group Commendation Award. From June to December 2015, they attended advanced police training course, studying subjects such as criminal law, professional ethics, criminal investigation, crime scene investigation and public reception. In the aspects of law enforcement ability and general qualities, they had reached the statutory standards, thus were officially promoted to Senior Criminal Investigators.
      The taking of oath and inauguration of the new Senior Criminal Investigators fully reflected the Judiciary Police’s determination to strengthen its criminal investigation ability. The Judiciary Police deeply believe that they can earnestly perform their statutory duties, and under the guidance of the new policing concept of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government, actively contribute to the protection of law and order of the society.

Tomada de posse de 69 investigadores criminais de 1.ª classe da Polícia Judiciária

No dia 3 de Novembro de 2016, realizou-se no Edifício da Polícia Judiciária a cerimónia de tomada de posse de 69 investigadores criminais de 1.ª classe, a qual foi presidida pelo director da PJ, Chau Wai Kuong, na presença dos subdirectores, Sit Chong Meng e Tou Sok Sam, bem como das chefias de várias subunidades de investigação criminal.
     O objectivo, consoante as necessidades de trabalho, é a promoção para uma categoria mais avançada, o pessoal de investigação criminal que tenha atingido os critérios legais de antiguidade e qualidade profissional. Todos os empossados têm mais de três anos de experiência na investigação criminal, alguns destes receberam louvores individuais e colectivos atribuídos pela PJ. Entre os meses de Junho e Dezembro de 2015, frequentaram o curso de acesso, através do qual, aprofundaram os seus conhecimentos sobre a lei penal, deontologia profissional, investigação criminal, inspecção ao local do crime, atendimento ao púbico etc., e conseguiram todos atingir o critério legal seja na capacidade policial seja na qualidade integrada para serem promovidos à categoria de investigador criminal de 1.ª classe.
     A tomada de posse dos investigadores criminais de 1.ª classe evidencia completamente a decisão da PJ no fortalecimento da força de investigação criminal e estamos convictos que os empossados irão implementar com rigor as atribuições conferidas por lei e contribuir proactivamente para garantir a tranquilidade da sociedade, sob a direcção das novas linhas conceptuais de trabalho policial da RAEM.
