司法警察成立56周年紀念日慶典

        司法警察成立56周年慶祝活動於2016年7月12日舉行，本局於上午舉辦頒獎禮，由保安司黃少澤司長、檢察院葉迅生檢察長、公安部港澳台事務辦公室徐慶鋼副主任、中聯辦警務聯絡部于成平部長、警察總局馬耀權局長、紀監會歐安利主席及本局周偉光局長主禮。周偉光局長在頒獎禮上致辭，總結過去一年的警務工作，客觀評估未來犯罪趨勢及介紹各項工作計劃。儀式上並向過去一年在不同崗位表現卓越的11名人員頒發卓越功績獎，向100名人員頒發個人嘉獎，向九個工作團隊和四個偵查集體頒發集體嘉獎。

        同日並舉行司法警察日晚宴，立法會賀一誠主席、保安司黃少澤司長、檢察院葉迅生檢察長、警察總局馬耀權局長、立法會林香生副主席、公安部港澳台事務辦公室徐慶鋼副主任、中聯辦警務聯絡部于成平部長、外交部駐澳門特派員公署辦公室楊世俊主任、中國人民解放軍駐澳門部隊高志軍副參謀長，以及內地、香港及新加坡警務部門代表，澳門行政會委員、立法會議員、司法官、紀監會歐安利主席及多名委員、特區政府部門官員、民間團體代表、司警局大廈防罪之友代表、本地媒體與內地及香港駐澳新聞機構代表等應邀出席。晚宴上進行了“2016傳媒眼中的司法警察”攝影比賽及多項內部比賽的頒獎儀式，本局人員、滅罪小先鋒學員及多位表演嘉賓獻唱助興，場面熱鬧。

Judiciary Police held celebrations for its 56th anniversary

The 56th anniversary celebration activities of Judiciary Police (PJ) were held on 12th July 2016. PJ organized the Award Ceremony in the morning which was officiated by Secretary for Security Wong Sio Chak, Prosecutor General Ip Son Sang of the Public Prosecutions Office, Deputy Director Xu Qinggang of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office of Ministry of Public Security, Minister Yu Chengping of the Police Liaison Department of Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government, Commissioner General Ma Io Kun of Unitary Police Service, President Leonel Alberto Alves of Supervisory Committee of the Disciplined Forces and Security Services of Macao (CFD) and PJ Director Chau Wai Kuong. Director Chau summarized the policing work in the past year, gave an objective assessment of the future crime trends and introduced various work plans in his speech delivered at the Award Ceremony. In addition, during the ceremony, 11 staff members who served in different posts were awarded the Exceptional Merit Award for their excellent performance in the previous year; 100 staff members were awarded the Individual Commendation Award while 9 working teams and 4 investigation groups received the Group Commendation Award.

The PJ Day Gala Dinner was held in the evening of the same day. Guests attending the dinner upon invitation included President Ho Iat Seng of the Legislative Assembly, Secretary for Security Wong Sio Chak, Prosecutor General Ip Son Sang of the Public Prosecutions Office, Commissioner General Ma Io Kun of Unitary Police Service, Vice President Lam Heong Sang of the Legislative Assembly, Deputy Director Xu Qinggang of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office of Ministry of Public Security, Minister Yu Chengping of the Police Liaison Department of Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government, Director Yang Shijun of the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in Macao Special Administrative Region, Deputy Chief of Staff Gao Zhijun of the People’s Liberation Army Macao Garrison, as well as representatives from police authorities of the mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore, members of Macao Executive Council, members of Legislative Assembly, judicial officials, President Leonel Alberto Alves and members of CFD, officials of Macao SAR government entities, representatives of non-governmental organizations, representatives of PJ Friends of Crime Prevention in Residential Buildings, representatives of the local media as well as the mainland China and Hong Kong media organizations stationed in Macao. Moreover, the prize-giving ceremony for the photography competition “Judiciary Police – in the Eyes of the Media 2016” and various internal contests was also held during the dinner banquet. Singing performances were also staged to enliven the dinner by the PJ personnel, trainees of Junior Anti-Crime Pioneers and several guest performers.

A Polícia Judiciária celebra o seu 56º aniversário

No dia 12 de Julho de 2016, realizaram-se as actividades comemorativas do 56º aniversário do “Dia da Polícia Judiciária 2016”. De manhã, a PJ realizou a Cerimónia de Entrega de Prémios e, para a ocasião, foram convidados de honra o Secretário para a Segurança, Wong Sio Chak, o Procurador do Ministério Público, Ip Son Sang, o Subchefe do Gabinete para os Assuntos de Hong Kong, Macau e Taiwan, Xu Qinggang, o Director-Geral dos Serviços de Ligação para os Assuntos Policiais do Gabinete de Ligação do Governo Popular Central na RAEM, Yu Chengping, o Comandante-Geral dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, Ma Io Kun, o Presidente da Comissão de Fiscalização da Disciplina das Forças e Serviços de Segurança de Macau, Leonel Alberto Alves e o Director da PJ, Chau Wai Kuong. Na cerimónia, o Director Chau Wai Kuong fez um balanço do trabalho da PJ ao longo do ano passado, efectuou também uma avaliação objectiva das tendências criminais futuras e o relativo planeamento do trabalho. Foram atribuídos, aproveitando a ocasião, 11 menções de mérito excepcional e 100 louvores individuais, louvores colectivos a 9 equipas de trabalho e a 4 grupos de investigação criminal.
     Naquela noite, organizou-se o Jantar Comemorativo que contou com a participação de vários convidados como o Presidente da Assembleia Legislativa, Ho Iat Seng, Secretário para a Segurança, Wong Sio Chak, Procurador do Ministério Público, Ip Son Sang, Comandante-Geral dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, Ma Io Kun, Vice-Presidente da Assembleia Legislativa, Lam Heong Sang, Subchefe do Gabinete para os Assuntos de Hong Kong, Macau e Taiwan do Ministério da Segurança Pública da RPC, Xu Qinggang, Director-Geral dos Serviços de Ligação para os Assuntos Policiais do Gabinete de Ligação do Governo Popular Central na RAEM, Yu Chengping, Chefe do Gabinete do Comissariado do Ministério dos Negócios Estrangeiros da RPC na RAEM, Yang Shijun, Subchefe do Estado-Maior da Guarnição em Macau do Exército de Libertação do Povo Chinês, Gao Zhijun. Estiveram também presentes representantes de algumas entidades policiais da China continental, Hong Kong e Singapura, assim como membros do Conselho Executivo, deputados da Assembleia Legislativa, magistrados, o Presidente da Comissão de Fiscalização da Disciplina das Forças e Serviços de Segurança de Macau Leonel Alberto Alves e vários membros, titulares de cargos do Governo, representantes de várias associações, representantes do grupo “Amigos da Prevenção Criminal na Área de Habitação”, representantes dos órgãos de Comunicação Social locais e agências da China continental e Hong Kong destacadas em Macau. O jantar foi também marcado pela entrega dos prémios do Concurso de Fotografia “A Polícia Judiciária – Vista pelos Olhos da Imprensa 2016”, dos outros vários concursos internos, bem como por espectáculos canoros apresentados pelos funcionários da PJ, participantes do Projecto “Guia Juvenil para Combater o Crime” e outros apresentadores que animaram o evento.
