我知道司法警察局設有查詢案件調查階段服務，我是某案件的當事人，為何當我致電局方查詢時，對方卻要求我必須親身前往司法警察局填寫表格作出申請呢？

由於本局人員在電話中無法確認來電者的身份，因此，基於保障當事人或舉報人利益、以及司法保密的考慮，查詢案件調查階段服務不接納以電話形式提出的申請。案件當事人如欲了解案件的調查階段，可於辦公時間內前往澳門友誼大馬路823號司法警察局大樓接待及投訴中心填寫表格，在隨後兩個工作日，便可收到本局對有關案件的調查階段的答覆。

I know that the Judiciary Police provides enquiry service on the investigation phase of a case, and I am a party in the case.  When I phoned the Judiciary Police for enquiry, why did they request me to go to the Judiciary Police in person to fill out an application form?

The Judiciary Police officer can by no means confirm the identity of the caller over the phone, hence for the protection of interests of the party or informant and consideration of judicial confidentiality, the application for enquiry service on the investigation phase of a case over the phone is not accepted.  If a party of the case wishes to know the investigation phase of the case, he can come to the Reception and Complaints Centre of the Judiciary Police Headquarters at no.823 of Avenida da Amizade Macao to complete a form.  In the following 2 working days, a reply regarding the investigation phase of the case will be received from the Judiciary Police.

Sei que a PJ tem o serviço de consulta sobre a fase de investigação de um caso e eu, que sou interveniente num caso, quando pedi à PJ algumas informações por telefone, porque é que me foi dito para me dirigir pessoalmente à PJ para preencher um formulário?

O nosso pessoal não consegue identificar o autor da chamada telefónica, portanto, para proteger os interesses do interveniente do caso ou do denunciante, bem como tendo em consideração o segredo de justiça, não aceitamos pedidos de consulta por via telefónica. Se o interveniente quiser saber o andamento do caso, poderá dirigir-se ao Núcleo de Atendimento e Reclamações, sito na Av. da Amizade, n.º 823, Edf. da PJ, durante as horas de expediente para preencher um formulário, a resposta será dada no prazo de 2 dias úteis.
