日前我準備出境前被治安警察局的出入境事務廳人員攔截，並要求我立即到司法警察局協助調查。其實警員可否通知我回澳後才到警局落口供？

根據《刑事訴訟法典》的規定，作為刑事警察機關的本局在獲悉犯罪消息後，須在法定時間內依法進行初步的偵查，而保存證據是一項重要的工作。其中包括向有助發現犯罪行為人及有助重組犯罪過程的人收集資料，一旦本局在查明有關市民的資料時存有困難而不能依正常途徑通傳有關市民，本局經考慮有關情況的迫切性及其證言對揭露犯罪或破案的重要性後，就會透過有關部門在關口或碼頭對該市民作出截查通知。

On the other day, before departing, I was intercepted by an immigration officer of the Public Security Police Force and was immediately requested to assist in the investigation at the Judiciary Police.  In fact, can the police officer notify me of providing a statement at the police station after I return to Macao?

According to the stipulation of the Criminal Procedure Code, after realizing the criminal information, it is necessary for the Judiciary Police, as a criminal police body, to conduct preliminary criminal investigation vested by law within the legal period of time while preserving evidence is an important task.  Among all, it also includes the collection of information from an individual assistive in discovering the criminal perpetrator(s) and an individual assistive in re-constructing the course of crime.  Once the Judiciary Police finds difficulty in verifying the information of the related resident, making it impossible to notify the related resident through a normal channel, after considering the urgency of relevant situation and the importance of his testimony in disclosing criminality or solving the case, the Judiciary Police will give the notice of interception to the related resident through the related department at the immigration checkpoint or ferry terminal.

Há alguns dias, fui interceptado pelo pessoal do Serviço de Migração do CPSP ao sair de Macau e foi-me pedido para ir imediatamente às instalações da PJ para colaborar numa investigação. O agente poderia informar-me sobre a prestação de depoimento depois do meu regresso a Macau?

Nos termos do Código de Processo Penal, a PJ, como órgão policial criminal, após recebidas informações relativas ao crime, deve iniciar o inquérito preliminar dentro do prazo legal e de acordo com a lei. Garantir as provas é uma tarefa importante, o que inclui a recolha de informações junto das pessoas que ajudaram na descoberta do acto criminoso e à reconstrução do crime. Quando a PJ não conseguir notificar essas pessoas através dos procedimentos normais por causa da existência de dificuldades na obtenção dos respectivos elementos de identificação, tendo em conta a urgência do caso e a importância dos depoimentos dessas pessoas sobre a descoberta dos factos relacionados ou a resolução do crime, a PJ comunica aos serviços competentes para interceptar esses indivíduos nos postos fronteiriços ou nos terminais marítimos.
