半年前，我遭人恐嚇，但當時沒有報案。不過現在越想越感到不忿，我可否追究他呢？

根據澳門《刑法典》第107條的規定，被害人追究被恐嚇的時間有一定限制，被害人須依法律規定於被恐嚇之日起計6個月內舉報。如有關案件發生至今超過6個月，被害人便不可追究作出恐嚇行為的人。

    Há seis meses, fui ameaçado mas não fiz queixa, e quanto mais penso, mais ofendido me sinto. Ainda posso fazer queixa para exigir a responsabilidade do ameaçador?

    Nos termos do disposto no artigo 107.o do Código Penal, o procedimento penal sujeita-se aos limites de tempo, o ofendido deve, nos termos da lei, apresentar a queixa no prazo de seis meses a contar do dia em que foi ameaçado. Se o caso tiver sucedido há mais de seis meses, o direito de queixa extingue-se.
