上月，我乘搭巴士時被人偷去手機，當時因怕麻煩沒有報案。其後得知司法警察局搗破了一個專門在巴士上進行盜竊的團夥，並且起回一批贓物。我懷疑自己的手機也是該團伙盜去，我現在還可以報案嗎？ 

可以。根據《刑法典》的規定，發生在巴士上的盜竊案，如涉及價值超過澳門幣500元的財物，被害人有權在犯罪發生之日起計10年內追究作案者的刑事責任，但為免證據滅失或嫌疑人逃走，被害人應在案發後儘快到本局報案。

    Yes, you can. According to the stipulation of the Penal Code, for a theft that occurred on a bus, if the value of the involved properties exceeds MOP500, the victim holds the right to pursue the criminal responsibility of the offender within 10 years with effect from the day of the occurrence of crime. However, the victim should report to the Judiciary Police as soon as possible after the occurrence of the case, to avoid the loss of evidence or escape of the suspect.

    No mês passado, o meu telemóvel foi furtado durante uma deslocação de autocarro, mas não fiz queixa por causa do possível incómodo. Mais tarde, fiquei a saber que a PJ tinha desmantelado um grupo que furtava especialmente nos autocarros, bem como foram apreendidos objectos roubados. Agora, suspeito que o meu telemóvel possa ter furtado por esse grupo, posso ainda fazer a denúncia?

Nos termos do Código Penal, se o furto que ocorre dentro do autocarro provocar um prejuízo de valor superior a 500 patacas, o lesado tem o direito de exigir a responsabilidade criminal do autor no prazo de 10 anos a contar do dia da ocorrência, não obstante isso, para evitar o desaperecimento de provas e a fuga dos suspeitos, a vítima deve fazer a queixa o mais rápido possível.
