我在珠海看到一枝性能良好且具攻擊性的電槍，我想把它帶回澳門，這樣會犯法嗎？

根據第77/99/M號法令《武器及彈藥規章》第1條第1款d)項、第6條第1款b)項的規定，任何能以放電方式影響他人軀體或心理的工具，即屬於禁用武器，又根據澳門《刑法典》第262條第1款的規定，購買、持有、使用、攜帶禁用武器，可處2年至8年徒刑。因此，如果市民購買電槍並帶回澳門，便會觸犯上述規定。

I came across an offensive stun gun with good function in Zhuhai and I wanted to bring it back to Macao. Will it violate the law?

According to the stipulation of Item d) under Section 1 of Article 1 and Item b) under Section 1 of Article 6 of Decree Law No.77/99/M, “Weapons and Ammunition Regulations”, any instrument that can physically or psychologically affect someone through the emission of electricity is categorized as a banned weapon.  Also, according to the stipulation of Section 1 of Article 262 of the Macao Penal Code, the purchase, possession, usage, carrying of banned weapons shall be liable to imprisonment of 2 to 8 years.  Therefore, if the resident purchases a stun gun and brings it back to Macao, the abovementioned regulations will be violated.

Vi em Zhuhai uma pistola eléctrica com bom desempenho e de natureza agressiva, queria trazê-la para Macau. Pode ser considerado crime?

Conforme o disposto na alínea d) do número 1 do artigo 1.o e alínea b) do número 1 do artigo 6.o do Decreto-Lei n.º 77/99/M (Regulamento de Armas e Munições), qualquer instrumento que possa afectar física ou psiquicamente alguém por meio de descarga eléctrica, considera-se arma proibida. E conforme o disposto no número 1 do artigo 262.o do Código Penal de Macau, quem comprar, deter, usar ou trazer arma proibida, é punível com pena de prisão de 2 a 8 anos. Por esse motivo, se uma pessoa comprar uma pistola eléctrica e a trouxer para Macau, viola as disposições acima referidas.
