我收到電腦黑客的電郵，聲稱我的電腦已被“鎖死”，我必須按指示付款他才為我的電腦解鎖，否則電腦內的資料將無法開啟，我該怎麼辦？

以干擾電腦的方式要脅被害人交付金錢的行為，同時觸犯第11/2009號法律《打擊電腦犯罪法》第4條、第8條及《刑法典》第215條規定的不當進入電腦系統罪、干擾電腦系統罪及勒索罪。市民如遇到電腦黑客攻擊，應先保持冷靜，第一時間報警求助，切勿按照黑客的指示交付金錢，以避免進一步受侵害。

I received an email from a computer hacker claiming that my computer had been "locked", and I had to follow the instructions to pay him to unlock my computer, otherwise the information inside the computer would not be able to be opened. What should I do?

The act of threatening a victim to pay money by interfering with a computer is concurrently an offence under Articles 4 and 8 of Law No.11/2009, “Law on Combating Computer Crimes”, and Article 215 of the Penal Code for improper access to a computer system, interfering with a computer system and extortion.  Members of the public should remain calm in the event of a computer hacker attack, and should promptly seek assistance from the police.  They should not hand over money according to the hacker's instructions to avoid being subjected to further infringement.

Recebi correio electrónico de um hacker, alegando que o meu computador estava bloqueado, e que ele só o desbloquearia quando eu pagasse seguindo as suas instruções, sob pena de não poder aceder aos dados contidos. O que posso fazer?

Quem ameaçar, por meio de obstrução de sistema informático, obrigando-o a entregar dinheiro, responde pelos art. 4.º e 8.º da Lei de combate à criminalidade informática e pelos crimes de acesso ilegítimo a sistema informático, de obstrução de sistema informático e de extorsão, tipificados no art. 215.º do Código Penal. Em caso de ataque por hackers, deve manter-se calmo, pedir imediatamente ajuda à polícia e não seguir as instruções para entregar dinheiro, por forma a evitar mais danos.
