司警局聯同澳門海關偵破偷運製毒物料案 拘三男女
2025年4月21日晚，司警局接獲澳門海關通知，稱於關閘口岸離境大堂截獲一名內地女子，在其身上檢獲4大包標示為維他命的物品，內有240小包合共1,800顆無標籤藥丸，並懷疑該批藥丸內含受現行第17/2009號法律《禁止不法生產、販賣和吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物》所規管的物質。
本局毒品罪案調查處展開深入調查，鎖定北區一貿易行為上述藥丸的儲存窩點，隨即於同日深夜聯同澳門海關採取行動，結果在上址截獲兩名本澳男女，檢獲11大包標示為維他命的物品，內有660小包合共3,600顆無標籤藥丸，以及折合約2.8萬澳門元的現金和多件未申報貨物。
上述無標籤藥丸經本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗，證實含有受現行第17/2009號法律所規管的麻黃鹼，為製造“冰”毒的前驅物。
經查，本局人員發現上述藥丸乃以服裝名義經香港運到本澳，由涉案本澳男子將之偽裝成維他命或減肥藥，並由兩名涉案女子以化整為零方式偷運到內地作進一步不法用途。
本局根據調查所得，以準備製毒所需的設備和物料罪將三名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Judiciary Police and Macao Customs Service joined hands in cracking a case of smuggling of drug-manufacturing materials, with three persons arrested
On the night of 21st April 2025, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Macao Customs Service that a mainland woman had been intercepted at the departure hall of the Border Gate checkpoint, who was found in possession of 4 large packets of items labelled as vitamins which contained 240 sachets of 1,800 unlabelled pills in total. It was suspected that those pills contained substances regulated by the existing Law No. 17/2009 “Prohibition on Illegal Production, Trafficking and Consumption of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances”.
The Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police identified a trading firm in the Northern district as the storage den for the above-mentioned pills subsequent to in-depth investigation, hence joined hands with the Macao Customs Service to take actions late at night on the same day, resulting in the interception of two locals (a man and a woman) at the aforesaid location, coupled with seizure of 11 large packets of items labelled as vitamins which contained 660 sachets of 3,600 unlabelled pills in total, as well as cash equivalent to approximately MOP28,000 and a number of undeclared goods.
Emergency examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police on the above-mentioned unlabelled pills confirmed that they contained ephedrine regulated by the existing Law No. 17/2009, which were precursors for production of the drug “ice”.
The Judiciary Police personnel found upon investigation that those pills had been shipped to Macao via Hong Kong under the guise of clothing, which the involved local man deceptively packaged as vitamins or slimming pills. They were subsequently smuggled in smaller quantities to the mainland by the two involved women for further illegal purposes.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the three involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of preparation of equipment and materials for drug manufacturing, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved individuals at large.
Polícia Judiciária e Serviços de Alfandega resolveram um caso de tráfico de precusores de droga que resultou na detenção de três indivíduos
Na noite do dia 21 de Abril, recebemos a notificação dos Serviços de Alfândega, na qual diziam que foi interceptada uma mulher do continente no posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco e que foram encontrados, na sua posse, 4 pacotes grandes etiquetados como vitaminas, que continham 240 mini-pacotes com um total de 1.800 comprimidos sem rótulos, os quais suspeitavam ser substâncias sujeitas ao controlo da Lei n.º 17/2009 – Proibição da produção, do tráfico e do consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas.
A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes iniciou a investigação e localizou uma agência comercial na zona Norte que era o local de armazenamento dos comprimidos em causa. Naquela noite, foi lançada uma operação conjunta com os SA, durante a qual, foram detidos um homem e uma mulher, ambos residentes de Macau, na sede da agência referida. Além disso, foram apreendidos 11 pacotes grandes etiquetados como vitaminas, os quais continham 660 mini-pacotes, com um total de 3.600 comprimidos sem rótulos, bem como dinheiro, equivalente a cerca de 28.000 patacas, e vários produtos não declarados.
O Departamento de Ciências Forenses efectuou o exame urgente dos comprimidos sem rótulos e confirmou que continham efedrina, uma substância controlada pela Lei nº 17/2009 e usada como precursora da droga “ice”.
Na investigação, verificou-se que os comprimidos foram enviados para Macau via Hong Kong como vestuário. Depois, foram disfarçados de vitaminas ou medicamentos para emagrecer pelo detido e as duas mulheres detidas transportavam, aos poucos e clandestinamente os comprimidos para a China continental para outros fins ilícitos.
Conforme os resultados da investigação, os três detidos foram presentes ao MP pelo crime de preparação de equipamentos e materiais para fabricação de droga e a PJ continua à procura de eventuais outros envolvidos.
