本地男子涉強姦被拘
2025年4月18日晚上11時許，司警局接獲治安警察局通知，報稱在澳門新口岸區發生一宗強姦案，並將女事主及男性涉嫌人送交本局作進一步調查。
案情顯示，事主與涉嫌人為僱傭關係，事主於今年3月通過內地求職平台應聘至涉嫌人經營的公司，並於4月中旬正式入職。4月18日，事主隨同涉嫌人外出工作，其間雙方均飲酒，至21時許，事主已有醉意並多次要求提前離開，涉嫌人卻以處理緊急工作為由將其帶回公司。其間事主因酒後疲倦伏在辦公枱休息，涉嫌人則提議可到其辦公室內沙發休息，遭事主當場拒絕。涉嫌人隨即強行將事主拖拉至辦公室的沙發，並脫去事主的衣物。事主雖有反抗，但因醉酒無力掙脫，最終遭涉嫌人強姦。事後，事主藉機躲入洗手間報警。涉嫌人得知後，即時返回住所帶同家傭前往辦公室試圖清理現場，治安警員到場將其截獲，並連同相關人員移交本局處理。
調查期間，涉嫌人兩度蓄意衝撞執法人員以抗拒調查，致兩名警員受輕傷。本局已對其涉嫌抗拒及脅迫之犯罪行為另行立專案處理。
經綜合多方面調查及分析，尤其結合刑事技術檢驗結果，本局以強姦罪將涉嫌人移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man arrested for rape
Around 11:00 PM on 18th April 2025, the Judiciary Police received a notification from the Public Security Police Force, reporting that a case of rape had taken place in the ZAPE district in Macao, with the female victim and the male suspect handed over to the Judiciary Police for further investigation.
Case details revealed that the victim and the suspect were in an employment relationship. The victim applied for a job at the company operated by the suspect through a job-seeking platform in the mainland in March this year, and officially started work in mid-April. On April 18th, the victim accompanied the suspect to go out to work, during which both of them had drunk alcohol. By around 21:00, the victim was already inebriated and repeatedly requested to leave early, yet the suspect brought her back to the company on the pretext of handling urgent work. During that time, the victim, feeling fatigued after consuming alcohol, lied prone on the office desk to rest. The suspect then suggested that she could take a rest on the sofa inside his office, yet the victim immediately refused. Subsequently, the suspect forcibly dragged the victim to the sofa in the office and took off the victim’s clothes. Although the victim resisted, her intoxication left her too weak to free herself and was eventually raped by the suspect. Afterwards, the victim seized the opportunity to hide in the restroom and reported to the police. Upon realising this, the suspect immediately returned to his residence and brought his domestic helper to the office in an attempt to clear up the scene. The Public Security Police Force officers arrived at the scene to intercept him, who was subsequently handed over to the Judiciary Police along with the related individuals for handling.
During the investigation, the suspect had deliberately charged at law enforcement officers on two occasions to resist investigation, causing minor injuries to two police officers. The Judiciary Police had already established a separate case file for handling his suspected criminal acts of resistance and coercion.
After consolidating multi-pronged investigation and analysis, especially in conjunction with the results of forensic science examination, the Judiciary Police transferred the suspect to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of rape.
Homem de Macau detido por violação
Em 18 de Abril de 2025, cerca das 11 horas da noite, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP que ocorreu uma violação no ZAPE, e transferiu a vítima e o suspeito para a PJ.
Segundo o apurado, a vítima e o suspeito mantêm uma relação laboral. Em Março deste ano, a vítima candidatou-se a um emprego numa empresa gerida pelo suspeito através de anúncio de recrutamento nas redes sociais no continente e ingressou na empresa em meados de Abril. Em 18 de Abril, a vítima saiu para trabalhar com o suspeito, e ambos estiveram a beber. Por volta das 21h00, a vítima já estava bêbada e pediu, repetidamente, para ir embora, mas o suspeito levou-a de volta para a empresa com o pretexto de precisar de fazer um serviço urgente. Em seguida, devido ao facto de ter bebido, a vítima estava encostada na sua secretária, o suspeito sugeriu que fosse descansar no sofá do seu gabinete, mas a vítima recusou. O homem arrastou então a vítima à força para o sofá do seu gabinete e tirou-lhe a roupa. Embora a vítima tivesse resistido, como estava demasiado embriagada e sem força para escapar, acabou por ser violada. Depois do acontecido, a vítima fugiu à casa de banho, e chamou a polícia. O suspeito, quando se apercebeu, foi rapidamente para casa e trouxe a sua empregada doméstica para o gabinete para tentar limpar o local do crime, ao mesmo tempo, os agentes do CPSP chegaram ao local.
Na investigação, o suspeito recusou-se a colaborar e confrontou-se fisicamente com os agentes duas vezes, causando-lhes ferimentos ligeiros, foi assim instaurado um outro inquérito.
Após investigação e análise, que inclui os resultados de peritagem de ciências forenses, o detido foi presente ao MP pelo crime de violação.
