粵澳警方合作偵破搶劫案
2025年4月18日凌晨約5時，本局接獲治安警察局通知，於路氹城區一酒店房間內發生一宗搶劫案，遂派員跟進調查。
案情顯示，案發當日凌晨2時許，有人向事主借錢，事主遂攜帶125萬港元現金前往案發酒店房間。期間，事主被房內的5名男子以暴力手段控制，使事主頸部輕微擦傷，同時被迫簽署借據及搶走全部現金。隨後，5名男子逃離現場，事主隨即報案處理。
本局經查迅速鎖定5名作案人的身份，同時發現其中3名涉嫌男子已於案發後經橫琴口岸逃離本澳，隨即透過緊急警務聯絡機制請求內地警方協助。同日約9時及13時，本局人員分別在本澳兩間酒店房內將2名涉嫌男子拘捕。本局對兩人作出訊問，但兩人拒絕合作。
同日17時，本局接獲內地警方通報，珠海警方已成功將在逃的3名涉嫌男子拘捕，並起回部分贓款。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將本澳拘捕的2名男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Robbery case solved through Guangdong-Macao police cooperation
At around 5 AM on 18th April 2025, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force that a robbery case had taken place in a hotel guestroom in the Cotai district, hence the deployment of personnel for follow-up investigation.
Case details revealed that at around 2:00 AM on the day of the incident, someone requested a loan from the victim, who then proceeded to the involved hotel guestroom with HKD1.25 million in cash, during which the victim was violently restrained by 5 men inside the guestroom, causing minor abrasions to the victim’s neck. Meanwhile, the victim was forced to sign an IOU and had all the cash snatched away. The 5 men subsequently fled the scene, the victim then reported to the police immediately.
The Judiciary Police promptly identified the 5 perpetrators upon investigation, and also found that 3 of the involved men had already fled Macao via the Hengqin Port after the perpetration. Assistance was immediately sought from the mainland police through the emergency police communication mechanism. At round 9:00 and 13:00 on the same day, the Judiciary Police personnel arrested 2 involved men in two local hotel guestrooms respectively. The Judiciary Police interrogated the duo, yet they refused to cooperate.
At 17:00 on the same day, the Judiciary Police was notified by the mainland police that the Zhuhai police had successfully apprehended the 3 involved men at large and recovered some of the stolen proceeds.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the 2 involved men, who had been arrested in Macao, to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery.
Resolvido um caso de roubo em colaboração com a polícia de Zhuhai
Cerca das 5 horas da madrugada de 18 de Abril de 2025, a PJ recebeu uma notificação do CPSP, de que tinha ocorrido um roubo num quarto de hotel do COTAI, assim foi enviado pessoal para investigar.
A investigação revelou que, cerca das 2h da madrugada do dia do crime, alguém pediu dinheiro emprestado à vítima, pelo que foi para o quarto de hotel, onde ocorreu o crime, trazendo 1,25 milhões de dólares de Hong Kong em dinheiro. Durante este período, a vítima foi violentamente controlada por cinco homens presentes no quarto, que o feriram ligeiramente no pescoço, além disso, a vítima foi forçada a assinar um recibo e foi-lhe roubado todo o dinheiro. Em seguida, os cinco homens fugiram do local e a vítima apresentou de imediato queixa à polícia.
Na investigação, a PJ conseguiu identificar rapidamente os cinco autores do crime, e descobriu que três desses tinham fugido de Macau através do posto fronteiriço de Hengqin. Assim, através do mecanismo de ligação policial de urgência, foi solicitada imediatamente a assistência da Polícia da China continental. Por volta das 9h00 e das13h00 do mesmo dia, o nosso pessoal deteve dois homens envolvidos no caso, em dois quartos de hotel em Macau, respectivamente. Os dois foram interrogados mas recusaram-se a colaborar.
No mesmo dia, às 17 horas, a PJ recebeu a comunicação da Polícia de Zhuhai a informar que tinha detido os três suspeitos que estavam em fuga e foi recuperada uma parte do dinheiro ligado ao crime.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, os dois homens detidos em Macau foram presentes ao Ministério Público por roubo.
