本澳男子涉持刀傷人被拘
2025年3月25日傍晚，本局侵犯人身罪案調查科接報指較早前中區一電訊店發生持刀傷人案件，遂即時啟動犯罪現場勘查程序，於涉事店舖櫃枱旁地上發現多處血跡，此外未見其他受破壞情況。
案情顯示，涉案本澳男子於同日下午在涉事店舖對開街道上徘徊並曾拍打途人，直至案發前數分鐘其到附近一超級市場內購買了一柄刀刃長9厘米的尖刀，隨即折返現場並進入涉事店舖內，以刀刺傷一名本澳男店員的手臂，另一名本澳男店員上前制止時亦遭其割傷頸項。糾纏期間，涉案本澳男子發現有店員退避至櫃枱後方的儲物房，上前追擊不果並跌落手上刀具後，轉而迫令一名女店員走到街上。女店員向途人求救，有人見狀報警，其後治安警員趕到現場將涉案本澳男子制服，並於同日晚上將涉案本澳男子連同作案工具移交本局跟進。
據了解，涉事電訊公司聲稱並無關於涉案本澳男子的糾紛或投訴紀錄，而在場的四名店員亦表示不認識涉案本澳男子且沒有與他人結怨。調查期間，本局人員發現涉案本澳男子神智異常，故立即將其送院進行精神評估及毒品檢測，結果顯示其對毒品呈陰性反應，惟需留院接受進一步治療及評估案發時的精神狀態。案中兩名傷者經救治後無生命危險，現時仍需留院治療。
根據目前調查資料，有跡象顯示案件涉及殺人未遂及加重傷害身體完整性，本局將結合傷者傷勢鑒定結果以及作案人精神評估報告，繼續就案件進行深入調查。
Local man arrested for knife attack
On the evening of 25th March 2025, the Section for Offences against Persons of the Judiciary Police received a report that a knife attack had occurred earlier at a telecommunications shop in the central district. A crime scene investigation was immediately launched, and multiple bloodstains were discovered on the floor next to the shop’s counter. No other damage was apparent.
Case details revealed that the involved local man had been loitering on the street opposite the shop concerned, slapping passers-by that afternoon. Minutes before the incident, he purchased a pointed knife with a 9-centimeter blade from a nearby supermarket, then promptly returned to the scene and entered the shop, where he stabbed a male local shop assistant’s arm with the knife. Another male local shop assistant was lacerated on his neck when stepping forward to intervene. During the scuffle, having noticed that a shop assistant was retreating to the storeroom behind the counter, the involved local man gave chase but failed, and dropped the knife in his hand. He then forced a female shop assistant to go out onto the street, where she called for help from passers-by. Seeing this, someone reported the incident to the police. Subsequently, the Public Security Police officers rushed to the scene and subdued the involved local man. On the same evening, the involved local man and the tool used in the crime were handed over to the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
It was learnt that the telecommunications company involved in the incident had reported no records of disputes or complaints related to the involved local man. The four shop assistants at the scene also stated that they did not know the involved local man and had no grudges against others. During the investigation, the Judiciary Police officers observed that the suspect was exhibiting abnormal mental behaviour, who was immediately sent to the hospital for a psychiatric assessment and drug test. The results showed that he tested negative for drugs, but he needed hospitalisation for further treatment and assessment of his mental state at the time of the incident. The two injured victims in the case were not in life-threatening condition after rescue, while currently being in need of hospitalisation for treatment.
According to current investigative findings, there were indications that the case involved attempted murder and aggravated assault causing harm to bodily integrity. The Judiciary Police would, in combination with the examination results of the injured and the psychiatric assessment report of the perpetrator, continue to conduct an in-depth investigation into the case.
Um homem de Macau detido por agressão com uma faca e ofensas à integridade física
Na madrugada do dia 25 de Março de 2025, após informação de uma ocorrência de agressão a facada numa loja de telecomunicações na Zona Central, o pessoal da Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Pessoa da PJ procedeu logo à inspecção no local de ocorrência, tendo detectado manchas de sangue no rés-do-chão da loja, não havendo mais prejuízos.
Segundo o apurado, o suspeito andou a deambular pelo outro lado da rua onde a loja está localizada e deu uma bofetada a um transeunte. Momentos antes da ocorrência do caso, comprou num supermercado ali perto uma faca com lâmina de 9 cm e, logo a seguir, entrou na mesma loja e feriu dois funcionários, ambos residentes de Macau, ferindo um no braço e o outro, que tentou impedi-lo, no pescoço. Ao notar que outros funcionários recuavam para o armazém, o suspeito perseguiu-os imediatamente, mas não conseguiu e a faca caiu para o chão. Depois, o homem obrigou uma funcionária a sair para a rua a qual pediu socorro a transeuntes e alguém ajudou-a a telefonar para a polícia. O suspeito foi dominado pelos agentes do CPSP que chegaram ao local. O suspeito, residente de Macau, foi entregue à PJ pelo CPSP na mesma noite juntamente com o instrumento do crime.
Conforme referido pela empresa em causa, não há registo de qualquer disputa ou queixa entre ela e o suspeito, e os outros funcionários que presenciaram a ocorrência também disseram que não conheciam o suspeito nem tinham rancor de ninguém. Durante a investigação, a PJ observou que o suspeito tinha sintomas do foro psiquiátrico e, por isso, encaminhou-o ao hospital para se submeter à avaliação psiquiátrica e ao teste de detecção de drogas, tendo obtido resultado negativo no teste de drogas mas foi internado no hospital, no sentido de lhe oferecer tratamento e avaliar as suas condições mentais e psiquiátricas no momento da prática do crime. As duas vítimas não correram perigo de vida mas foram internados no hospital para tratamentos.
Das diligências efectuadas, resultarem indícios de que o presente caso está relacionado com o crime de tentativo de homicídio e de ofensa qualificada à integridade física. A PJ vai, em conjugação com os resultados do exame de lesões de vítimas e da avaliação psiquiátrica do suspeito, continuar a realizar investigações acerca do presente caso.
