本澳男子涉禁用武器、搶劫及家暴等罪被拘
本局於2025年3月20日早上接獲治安警察局轉介一宗家庭暴力案。案情顯示，女事主與涉案本澳男子已辦理離婚手續。今年1月末事主曾向本局報案稱被涉案本澳男子襲擊致傷，本局經調查後以普通傷害身體完整性、恐嚇及禁用武器等罪將涉案本澳男子移交檢察院偵辦，其後檢察院對涉案本澳男子採取禁止接觸事主的強制措施。2月25日，涉案本澳男子以還款為由前往事主家中，雙方發生爭執，涉案本澳男子襲擊事主並以水果刀威脅其交出金錢，在禁錮事主後奪去其價值9,000澳門元的手袋並逃離現場。3月18日，涉案本澳男子成功進入事主家中，再次以暴力及禁錮手段迫令事主向朋友借取5,000澳門元並到自動櫃員機提現，在掠去上述款項後離開。
3月20日下午，本局侵犯人身罪案調查科人員於事主家門外發現涉案本澳男子蹤影，故立即採取拘捕行動，其間涉案本澳男子曾逃跑及亮刀反抗並造成本局人員受傷，最終本局人員成功將其制服。
本局根據調查所得，以生產、持有或使用禁用的武器或相關物品、搶劫、剝奪他人行動自由、抗拒及脅迫、加重傷害身體完整性，以及家庭暴力等罪，將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man arrested for prohibited weapon, robbery and domestic violence, among others
On the morning of 20th March 2025, the Judiciary Police received from the Public Security Police Force a case of domestic violence. Case information suggested that the female victim, having completed divorce formalities with the involved local man, had reported to the Judiciary Police in late January this year that she had suffered injuries from the latter’s attacks. Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police had transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of common assault causing harm to bodily integrity, threat, prohibited weapon, etc. A compulsory measure of banning him from getting in touch with the victim had since been imposed by the Public Prosecutions Office. When the involved local man went to the victim’s home on the pretext of debt repayment on February 25th, an argument broke out between the duo, prompting the man to attack the victim and threaten her to surrender money with a paring knife. Keeping the victim in imprisonment, he snatched her handbag that was worth MOP 9,000 before fleeing the scene. The involved local man managed to enter the victim’s home on March 18th, once again using means of violence and imprisonment to force her to borrow MOP 5,000 from a friend and withdraw the cash from an ATM, leaving the scene after grabbing the money.
Finding the involved local man outside the victim’s home on the afternoon of March 20th, the Section for Offences against Persons officers of the Judiciary Police promptly arrested him, who had attempted to escape and resisted with a knife, injuring personnel of the Judiciary Police, who successfully subdued him at the end.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of production, possession or use of prohibited weapon or related items, robbery, deprivation of other’s freedom of movement, resistance and coercion, aggravated assault causing harm to bodily integrity, domestic violence, etc.
Homem de Macau detido por uso de armas proibidas, roubo e violência doméstica
Na manhã de 20 de Março de 2025, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de violência doméstica encaminhada pelo CPSP. De acordo com as informações, uma mulher e um homem de Macau estavam em processo de divórcio. Em finais de Janeiro, a mulher fez queixa na PJ, dizendo que tinha sido agredida pelo marido, o qual, depois da investigação, foi presente ao MP por ofensas simples à integridade física, ameaça e uso de armas proibidas, enquanto que o MP aplicou ao homem a proibição de contactar com a vítima. No dia 25 de Fevereiro, o homem, a pretexto do pagamento de uma dívida, foi à casa da vítima onde tiveram um conflito, o homem atacou-a, ameaçou-a com uma faca de fruta e pediu-lhe para entregar-lhe dinheiro, de seguida, sequestrou-a, tirou-lhe uma mala que vale 9.000 patacas e fugiu. No dia 18 de Março, o mesmo homem entrou de novo na casa da vítima, forçou-a, com violência e ameaçou-a de a sequestrar novamente, para que ela pedisse um empréstimo de 5.000 patacas a um seu amigo e que levantasse o dinheiro numa caixa automática, assim o homem roubou-lhe esse dinheiro e fugiu.
Na tarde de 20 de Março, o pessoal da Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Pessoa encontrou o homem à porta da casa da vítima e deteve-o de imediato. No momento, o suspeito tentou fugir e resistir à detenção com uma arma branca e também feriu um agente, o qual, mesmo assim, acabou por imobiliza-lo.
Conforme o que foi apurado, o homem foi presente ao MP por uso de armas proibidas, roubo, sequestro, resistência e coacção, ofensas qualificadas à integridade física e violência doméstica.
