偵破兩宗入屋盜竊案 四內地漢落網
居於沙梨頭區的本澳男事主於2024年10月從銀行提取5萬澳門元現金後存放於家中一有鎖抽屜內，至同年12月3日下午發現該抽屜被撬毀，裡面現金全數失竊，遂立即報警求助。
本局搶劫罪案調查科跟進調查，發現首名涉案內地男子及其在逃同黨於案發前曾到上述大廈踩點，並於2024年12月2日下午分別負責在大廈外把風及進入單位作案，得手後旋即逃離本澳。
2025年3月11日，包括首名涉案男子在內的四名涉案內地男子入境本澳，本局人員經進一步調查及在治安警察局協助下，於同日下午截獲經關閘口岸離澳的第三名及第四名涉案男子，並在第四名涉案男子身上檢獲包括澳門元、港元、人民幣及泰銖等折合約4.8萬澳門元的現金、2枚名錶，以及爆竊工具。經查，本局人員發現第三名及第四名涉案男子於留澳期間曾到黑沙環區一唐樓爆竊，而從第四名涉案男子身上檢獲的物品證實為兩名事主的全部失物。
此外，本局人員查悉首名及次名涉案男子於2025年3月12日進入氹仔區一高層大廈，遂立即展開部署並成功於大廈內截獲兩人。兩人拒絕配合調查，而該大廈經排查後暫無單位遭爆竊。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將四名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Two burglary cases solved, arresting four mainland men
The local male victim, who lived in the Patane District, had withdrawn MOP50,000 in cash from the bank in October 2024 and placed it in a locked drawer at home. On the afternoon of December 3rd of the same year, he discovered that the drawer had been pried open and all the cash inside had been stolen, thus immediately reporting to the police for help.
Follow-up investigation by the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police revealed that the first involved mainland man and his accomplice at large had gone to scout the above-mentioned building before the incident. On the afternoon of 2nd December 2024, they were respectively responsible for keeping watch outside the building and entering the unit to commit the crime. They fled Macao immediately after perpetration.
On 11th March 2025, four involved mainland men, including the first involved man, entered Macao. After further investigation and with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted the third and fourth involved men who were leaving Macao through the Border Gate on the afternoon of the same day. Cash approximately equivalent to MOP48,000, comprising MOP, HKD, CNY and THB, along with two luxury watches and burglary tools were seized from the fourth man. Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police officers discovered that the third and fourth involved men had committed burglary in a tenement building in Areia Preta while staying in Macao, and the items seized from the fourth man were confirmed to be all the lost properties of the two victims.
In addition, learning that the first and second involved men had entered a high-rise building in Taipa on 12th March 2025, the Judiciary Police officers immediately launched deployment and successfully intercepted the duo in the building. The duo refused to cooperate with the investigation. After examining the building, no units were found to have been burgled yet.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the four involved mainland men to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to hunt down the remaining fugitives involved.
Resolvidos dois casos de furto residencial e detidos quatro homens da RPC
Em Outubro de 2024, um homem de Macau que mora no Patane levantou 50.000 patacas da conta e colocou-as numa gaveta trancada em casa. Na tarde de 3 de Dezembro, o homem descobriu que a gaveta tinha sido arrombada e o dinheiro tinha desaparecido, por isso fez queixa à polícia.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou a investigação, apurou que um homem da China continental, primeiro suspeito do caso, e seus cúmplices, que estavam em fuga, tinham feito uma “visita antecipada” àquele edifício e, na tarde de 2 de Dezembro, estiveram a vigiar o edifício e entraram no apartamento para furtar, depois fugiram de imediato de Macau.
No dia 11 de Março de 2025, quatro homens do continente, que incluíam o primeiro suspeito, chegaram a Macau, destes, o terceiro e o quarto suspeito, ao sair do território pelo posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco, foram detidos na mesma tarde como consequência da investigação da PJ e com a assistência do CPSP, na posse do quarto suspeito foi encontrado, dinheiro em MOP, HKD, CNY e THB, equivalente a cerca de 48.000 patacas, dois relógios de marca e utensílios para arrombamento. No interrogatório, o nosso pessoal verificou que os dois detidos, durante a sua estadia em Macau, tinham praticado um furto num prédio baixo na Areia Preta, e que todos os objectos apreendidos ao quarto suspeito pertenciam a duas vítimas.
A par disso, o nosso pessoal descobriu que o primeiro e o segundo suspeito tinham entrado num prédio da Taipa no dia 12 de Março, preparou-se assim uma operação que culminou na detenção das outras duas pessoas. Estas recusaram-se a cooperar na investigação, mas não foi verificado nenhum arrombamento naquele prédio.
Conforme o que foi apurado, os quatro homens foram presentes ao MP por furto qualificado, a PJ continua à procura dos suspeitos em fuga.
