港男涉“猜猜我是誰”詐騙落網
2025年1月17日早上，本澳男事主家中固網電話接獲自稱“兒子”的來電，對方稱因毀損他人財物而急需現金作賠償，並稱稍後會有“朋友”前來收款。事主信以為真，於同日稍後時間在住所附近將10萬澳門元交給一名自稱“兒子朋友”的男子。其後事主與真正的兒子聯繫後始知被騙，故報警求助。
本局資訊罪案調查處展開調查，鎖定涉案香港男子身份，並查悉其於案發當日已逃離本澳。
2025年3月5日，涉案香港男子入境時被截獲。經查，涉案香港男子受犯罪集團指使來澳收款，在收取事主騙款後隨即挾款逃離本澳，是次再入境乃等待犯罪集團的收款指示。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（巨額）罪及犯罪集團罪將涉案香港男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘涉案人及贓款下落。
Hong Kong man arrested for involvement in “Guess who I am” fraud
On the morning of 17th January 2025, the local male victim’s home landline phone received a call from someone claiming to be his “son”. The person said that he needed cash urgently for compensation for damaging other’s property, and that a “friend” would come to collect the money later. The unwary victim handed over MOP100,000 to a man who claimed to be his “son’s friend” near his residence later on the same day. The victim realized that he was defrauded afterwards when he got in touch with his real son and reported the case to the police.
The IT Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation and identified the involved Hong Kong man. It was found that he had fled Macao on the day of the incident.
On 5th March 2025, the involved Hong Kong man was intercepted when he entered the territory. Investigation revealed that the involved Hong Kong man was instructed by a criminal syndicate to collect the fund in Macao. He fled Macao with the fraudulent fund as soon as he collected it from the victim. He entered Macao again this time to wait for the criminal syndicate’s instruction to collect money.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Hong Kong man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the offences of fraud (huge amount) and criminal syndicate, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the remaining involved persons and the fraudulent fund.
Detido um homem de Hong Kong por burla telefónica “adivinha quem sou eu”
Na manhã de 17 de Janeiro de 2025, um homem de Macau recebeu um telefonema, para a linha fixa de casa, de um homem que alegava ser seu “filho”, que disse que por causar danos a alguém, precisava urgentemente de dinheiro para pagar uma compensação, e disse que um amigo iria buscar o dinheiro mais tarde. A vítima acreditou e entregou, no mesmo dia, 100.000 patacas a um homem que veio perto da sua casa e que dizia ser amigo do seu filho. Mais tarde, a vítima contactou o filho e apercebeu-se de que tinha sido burlada, assim fez queixa à polícia.
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Informáticos iniciou imediatamente a investigação, conseguindo identificar um indivíduo de Hong Kong e verificou que o suspeito tinha saído de Macau no mesmo dia após recebido o denheiro.
Em 5 de Março, o suspeito foi interceptado ao entrar em Macau. No interrogatório soube-se que o detido tinha sido contratado por um grupo criminoso para receber o dinheiro em Macau e sair logo a seguir, esta última ida a Macau foi ordenada pela rede para outra recepção de dinheiro.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP por burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado) e associação criminosa, enquanto que a PJ continua à procura de outros cúmplices em fuga e do dinheiro burlado.
