內地男子涉巨額詐騙及職務之僭越被拘
2025年2月18日上午，涉案內地男子在路氹城區一娛樂場吸煙室搭訕內地男事主，聲稱能以優惠匯率協助兌換，事主不虞有詐，跟隨對方前往酒店大堂交易。然而當事主取出身上6萬港元籌碼後，對方突然自稱“司法警察”，並迅速展示一黑色證件。事主未及看清，即遭對方指責在澳門從事不法匯兌犯罪行為，以扣查充公為由取去該6萬港元籌碼，並着事主離開及不得進入娛樂場範圍，其後雙方各自離開。事主後來與他人談及此事時方知被騙，故報警求助。
本局經濟罪案調查處展開調查，於同日下午由治安警察局協助截獲擬經關閘口岸逃走的涉案內地男子，並在其身上檢獲一個附有“中國司法”字樣及金屬印章的黑色證件包。經查，本局人員發現涉案內地男子並不具備公務員或司法警察人員身份，其騙取事主籌碼後隨即前往同區另一娛樂場，透過不知名人士將犯罪所得全數匯到其名下的內地帳戶中。涉案內地男子承認犯案，供稱涉案證件包購自網上平台，準備在賭敗後以之冒充本澳警務人員騙取他人款項。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（巨額）罪及職務之僭越罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for fraud of huge amount and usurpation of duty
On the morning of 18th February 2025, the involved mainland man accosted the mainland male victim in the smoking room of a casino in the Cotai district, claiming that he was able to assist with currency exchange at a preferential exchange rate. The unsuspecting victim then followed the involved mainland man to the hotel lobby for a transaction. However, after the victim took out HKD60,000 of casino chips, the involved mainland man suddenly identified himself as the “Judiciary Police” officer and quickly showed a black ID. Before the victim could take a good look at it, he was accused by the involved mainland man of engaging in criminal acts of illegal currency exchange in Macao, and the HKD60,000 of casino chips were taken away on the grounds of seizure and confiscation. The victim was also demanded to leave and not to enter casino areas, after which both parties left separately. It was only after discussing the matter with others that the victim realised he had been scammed, hence he reported to the police for assistance.
The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation. On the afternoon of the same day, the involved mainland man, who was trying to flee via the Border Gate checkpoint, was intercepted with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force. He was found in possession of a black ID badge with the words of “Chinese Judiciary” and a metal emblem. Investigation by the Judiciary Police personnel revealed that the involved mainland man did not possess the status of a civil servant or a Judiciary Police officer. After defrauding the victim of his casino chips, he immediately proceeded to another casino in the same district and transferred all the criminal proceeds to a mainland account under his name through an unknown person. The involved mainland man admitted his crime, claiming that he had purchased the involved ID badge from an online platform in an attempt to defraud others of money by using it to pose as a Macao police officer after losing in gambling.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (huge amount) and usurpation of duty.

Na manhã de 18 de Fevereiro de 2025, um homem do continente abordou um outro homem do continente, na sala de fumar dum casino de Cotai, afirmando que podia ajudá-lo trocar dinheiro com um câmbio vantajoso, a vítima não duvidou e foram ao átrio do hotel para realizar a troca. No entanto, a vítima, tirou 60.000 HKD em fichas que trazia, o outro declarou, de repente, ser da “Polícia Judiciária”, exibindo rapidamente um cartão preto. A vítima não chegou a ver bem o cartão e o outro acusou-o de praticar troca ilegal de dinheiro em Macau e tirou-lhe todas as fichas, dizendo que devia confiscar as fichas ligadas à investigação, disse ainda à vítima de sair e não a deixou ficar na área do casino, os dois deixaram assim o local. Quando a vítima foi contar o sucedido a outras pessoas percebeu que se tratava de uma burla e foi denunciar o caso à polícia.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos iniciou a investigação e naquela mesma tarde, com a ajuda do CPSP, o suspeito foi interceptado quando tentava sair de Macau pelo posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. Na sua posse foi apreendido um estojo preto que continha um emblema dourado com nele escrito “中國司法” (Justiça da China). Na investigação, descobriu-se que o detido não tem qualidade de funcionário público nem é pessoal da PJ, este subtraíu as fichas da vítima e foi para outro casino da mesma área, onde transferiu todo o dinheiro obtido ilegalmente para uma sua conta do continente com ajuda de desconhecidos. O detido confessou o crime e disse que o emblema em causa foi adquirido numa plataforma online e era para fazer-se passar por agente policial de Macau, para burlar outras pessoas na eventualidade de ter perdido dinheiro no jogo.
Com base no resultado da investigação, o deito foi presente ao MP por burla de elevado valor e crime de usurpação de funções.
