反罪惡巡查行動——查獲一名賣淫女子
為淨化本澳治安環境，本局有組織罪案調查處於2025年2月11日派出刑事偵查員進行反罪惡巡查行動。
行動中，本局人員在新口岸區一酒店內查獲一名涉嫌賣淫的內地女子，並在其入住的酒店房間內檢獲賣淫用品，故將其帶返本局作進一步調查。經查，其承認來澳賣淫，每次交易收取300澳門元。
本局經完成身份認別及調查程序後，未發現上述內地女子涉及其他刑事犯罪，惟因其在本澳從事與許可逗留目的明顯不符之活動，故根據第16/2021號法律規定，將其移交治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Anti-crime patrol operation – a female prostitute found
On 11th February 2025, the Organized Crime Division of the Judiciary Police dispatched criminal investigators to conduct anti-crime patrol operation, in a bid to enhance the public security of Macao.
During the operation, personnel of the Judiciary Police found a mainland woman suspected to be engaged in prostitution in a hotel in the ZAPE district, with items used for prostitution seized in the hotel room she stayed, thus brought her back to the Judiciary Police for further investigation. After investigation, she admitted to have engaged in prostitution in Macao for a reward of MOP 300 in each transaction.
Upon completion of the identity verification and investigation procedures, the aforementioned woman was not found involved in other criminal offences. However, in view of her engagement in activities apparently inconsistent with the permitted purpose of stay in Macao, she was transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling in accordance with the stipulations of Law No. 16/2021.
Operação anticrime – detida uma mulher por exploração de prostituição
No intuito de melhorar a segurança de Macau, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Banditismo enviou, em 11 de Fevereiro de 2025, investigadores criminais para efectuar uma operação anticrime.
Durante a operação, o nosso pessoal identificou, num hotel da ZAPE, uma mulher do continente suspeita de praticar prostituição, e apreendeu no quarto do hotel onde ela alojava, objectos usados para prostituir-se. Assim, foi levada para as instalações da PJ. Na investigação, a mulher admitiu ter vindo a Macau para prostituir-se e disse receber 300 patacas por cada cliente.
Após a identificação e procedimentos de investigação, não se verificou envolvimento noutros crimes, assim a detida, por exercer actividades de prostituição em Macau, o que não condiz com a finalidade da permanência autorizada, nos termos da Lei n.º 16/2021, foi encaminhada para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP.
