本澳男子涉販吸毒就逮
本局毒品罪案調查處人員對抵澳航班進行風險排查，鎖定一名可疑乘客。2025年1月25日傍晚，本局人員發現涉案本澳男子從泰國曼谷飛抵本澳且形跡可疑，遂採取行動進行截查，在其背包內檢獲三對殘舊運動鞋，鞋內藏有八包以膠袋包裹的大麻花、兩小包以保鮮膠紙包裹的大麻花，以及吸毒工具，並在其身上搜獲三枝含有大麻煙油的電子煙。其後本局人員於其住所內再檢獲九包捲煙紙。
涉案本澳男子僅承認吸毒，其尿液檢測結果對毒品呈陽性反應，惟本局人員經深入調查後發現有跡象顯示其涉嫌販毒。是次行動合共檢獲約800克大麻花，以及三枝連同不可拆除的電子煙機共重約50克的大麻電子煙，合共約值80.3萬澳門元。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物，以及不適當持有器具或設備等罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源及其餘涉案人。
Local man arrested for drug trafficking and consumption
Screening flights arriving in Macao for risks, the Narcotics Division officers of the Judiciary Police identified a suspicious passenger. The Judiciary Police, finding the involved local man arriving in Macao from Bangkok, Thailand suspicious on the evening of 25th January 2025, took action and intercepted him, seizing in his backpack three pairs of shabby sneakers, in which eight packets of plastic-wrapped cannabis buds, two small packets of cling-filmed cannabis buds and drug paraphernalia were concealed. Three e-cigarettes containing cannabis vape oil were also seized on him. The Judiciary Police officers later seized nine packs of rolling paper at his residence.
The involved local man, whose urine test returned positive for drugs, only admitted to having consumed drugs. The Judiciary Police, upon in-depth investigation, found indications of his involvement in drug trafficking. A total of around 800 grams of cannabis buds, three cannabis e-cigarettes collectively weighing around 50 grams, alongside a non-detachable e-cigarette device, worth about MOP 803,000 in total, were intercepted in this operation.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotics and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and the remaining involved persons.
Detido um residente por tráfico e consumo de droga
A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes realizou investigações sobre passageiros que chegam a Macau com voos de risco, onde foi identificado um homem. Na noite 25 de Janeiro de 2025, foi constatado que um residente, vindo de Banguecoque, Tailândia, tinha um comportamento suspeito e interceptou-o. Foram apreendidos na mochila que trazia três pares de sapatilhas velhas que continham 8 sacos com flores de marijuana embrulhados em sacos de plástico, 2 sacos com flores de marijuana embrulhados em filme plástico, bem como alguns utensílios para consumo. Na posse do detido foram encontrados 3 cigarros electrónicos que continham essência de marijuana. Posteriormente, foram encontrados na sua residência 9 pacotes de papéis para cigarro.
O suspeito só admitiu o consumo de droga, de facto o teste às urinas resultou positivo à droga. Uma investigação mais detalhada provou que o homem vendia também droga. Nesta operação foram apreendidos cerca de 800 gramas de flores de marijuana e 3 cigarros electrónicos com dispositivos desmontáveis com peso total de cerca de 50 gramas. A droga apreendida vale cerca de 803.000 patacas.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes e detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento. A PJ continua à procura da origem da droga apreendida e de outros eventuais envolvidos.
