印尼籍男女涉販吸毒法辦
本局毒品罪案調查處人員根據情報查悉一名印尼籍男子在本澳中區從事販毒活動，鎖定其身份後展開部署，於2025年1月21日晚在其住所附近將其截獲，於其住所內進行調查期間再截獲一名涉案印尼籍女子，並在單位內搜出1大包及36小包共重約105克的可卡因、1小包約重0.73克的“冰”毒、吸毒工具以及折合約1.5萬澳門元懷疑毒資。
經查，有強烈跡象顯示兩人共同於區內向同鄉販毒。兩人承認有吸毒習慣，其尿液檢測結果均對毒品呈陽性反應。是次行動檢獲的毒品約值21萬澳門元。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物，以及不適當持有器具或設備等罪將兩名涉案印尼籍男女移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源及其餘涉案人。
Two Indonesians involved in drug trafficking and consumption brought to justice
The Narcotics Division personnel of the Judiciary Police, based on intelligence received, found that an Indonesian man had been engaging in drug trafficking activities in the Central district in Macao. Deployment was initiated after establishing his identity, and he was intercepted on the night of 21st January 2025 in the vicinity of his residence. An involved Indonesian woman was also intercepted in the course of investigation at his residence, coupled with seizure of one large packet and 36 small packets of cocaine weighing approximately 105 grams in total, one small packet of the drug “ice” weighing around 0.73 grams, drug paraphernalia and suspected drug proceeds equivalent to approximately MOP15,000 in the residential unit.
Subsequent to investigation, there were compelling indications that the duo had sold drugs to fellow countrymen in complicity in the Central district. Both of them admitted to their drug taking habit and their urine samples yielded positive results in the drug test. The drug haul in this operation was valued at approximately MOP210,000.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved Indonesians to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences including illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and remaining involved individuals.
Detido um casal indonésio por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes, de acordo com informações recolhidas, soube que um indonésio traficava droga na zona central. Feita a identificação e o planeamento, o homem foi detido na sua residência, na noite de 21 de Janeiro de 2025, durante a investigação naquela residência foi detida uma indonésia, envolvida no caso, e foram ainda apreendidos 1 saco e 36 saquinhos de cocaína com peso total de cerca de 105 gramas, 1 saquinho de “ice” com peso aproximado de 0,73 gramas e alguns utensílios para consumo, assim como foram apreendidas cerca de 15.000 patacas supostamente envolvidas em crime.
Apurou-se que existem fortes indícios de que os dois suspeitos vendiam droga naquela zona aos conterrâneos. Os dois detidos tinham o hábito de consumir droga e o exame da urina dos dois resultou positivo à droga. Os estupefacientes apreendidos nesta operação valem aproximadamente 210.000 patacas.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, os detidos foram presentes ao MP acusados de tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes e detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento. A PJ continua a investigar a origem das drogas apreendidas e outros eventuais envolvidos.
