速破入屋盜竊案 擒一內地漢
2025年1月16日深夜，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生於沙梨頭區一唐樓的入屋盜竊案。本澳男事主於當日深夜在住所睡房內休息期間，一名陌生男子突然打開其房門，事主見狀即喝止並追出，追至大廈門外後該名男子逃去無蹤。事主隨即返回住所檢查，發現原本放在客廳茶几上的4,000澳門元被盜，遂報警求助。
本局搶劫罪案調查科迅速展開調查並鎖定涉案內地男子行蹤，於接報後五小時在關閘口岸將其截獲，在其身上搜獲12,700澳門元、2,000港元和1,100元人民幣現金，以及手套、電筒等爆竊工具。經查，涉案內地男子承認作案。
此外，本局人員查悉涉案內地男子於案發時曾進出同區多幢大廈，經進一步排查後暫未發現其他爆竊案。本局呼籲市民如發現家中有財物失竊，請儘快向本局舉報。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Swiftly solving burglary case: mainland man arrested
On the late night of 16th January 2025, the Public Security Police Force referred to the Judiciary Police a burglary case which had occurred at a walk-up building in the Patane area. A local male resident was resting in his bedroom at home late at night when an unknown man suddenly opened his bedroom door. Seeing this, the victim immediately shouted at the man and gave chase. After pursuing to the outside of the building, the man disappeared without a trace. The victim then returned home and discovered that an amount of MOP4,000, which had been put on the coffee table in the living room, was stolen. He subsequently reported the incident to the police.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police swiftly launched an investigation, tracking down the whereabouts of the involved mainland man, who was apprehended at the Border Gate Checkpoint five hours after the report. He was found in possession of MOP12,700, HKD2,000 and CNY1,100 in cash, along with gloves, a torch and other burglary tools. Upon investigation, the involved mainland man confessed to the crime.
In addition, the Judiciary Police ascertained that the involved mainland man had entered and exited multiple buildings in the same area at the time of the incident. After further investigation, no other burglaries were found by that time. The Judiciary Police urges the public to report to the Police as soon as possible in the event of discovery of property loss arising from burglary.
Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of aggravated theft.
Resolvido um caso de furto em residência e detido um homem da China continental
Pela meia-noite de 16 de Janeiro de 2025, o CPSP informou a PJ de que tinha havido um furto residencial num prédio baixo na zona do Patane. Naquela altura, enquanto a vítima estava a descansar no quarto, apareceu um homem que de repente abriu a porta do quarto, assim, o queixoso gritou e perseguiu-o até à porta principal do edifício, de onde o homem desapareceu. A vítima voltou para casa e verificou que tinham sido furtadas 4.000 patacas que estavam na mesa pequena da sala-de-estar, por isso fez queixa.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou a investigação e conseguiu identificar e localizar um homem da China continental como suspeito, o qual foi detido cinco horas depois da queixa na posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco, na sua posse foram encontrados 12.700 patacas, 2.000 HKD e 1.100 CNY em numerário e ferramentas como luvas e lanterna. No interrogatório, o homem admitiu o crime.
Além disso, o nosso pessoal apurou que esse homem tinha entrado e saído dalguns prédios da mesma zona, por enquanto não foi verificado outro arrombamento após a investigação profunda. A PJ apela aos cidadãos que façam queixa a esta entidade caso seja detectada o desaparecimento de valores das suas casas.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, o homem da RPC foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
