粵澳警方合作偵破搶劫案 共拘兩內地漢
2025年1月12日晚，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗搶劫案。案情顯示，首名涉案內地男子藉詞兌換貨幣相約事主到路氹城區一酒店大堂會合，其後兩人一同前往酒店房間，在交易期間，預先匿藏在洗手間內的次名涉案內地男子步出並佯裝與事主交談，未幾兩名涉案男子合力制服事主，次名涉案男子劫去事主身上的30萬港元後迅速逃去，而首名涉案男子則負責阻攔事主追截，待同黨離開後亦逃去無蹤，其後事主報警求助。
本局搶劫罪案調查科跟進調查，發現兩名涉案男子在作案後已逃離本澳，隨即透過與內地警方的緊急聯絡機制請求協助。2025年1月13日中午，內地警方在珠海機場緝獲正欲潛逃的首名涉案男子，而次名涉案男子則於同日晚上再次入境本澳時被本局人員截獲。調查發現，兩名男子合謀犯案，瓜分贓款後已兌成人民幣並匯入各自的電子支付帳戶內。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將在本澳被捕的次名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。另外，因本案還涉及經營為賭博的不法匯兌犯罪，故本局已另立卷宗調查，並移送檢察院處理。
是次案件得以成功偵破並迅速拘捕身處內地的作案人，充分反映粵澳兩地警務合作機制暢通有效，並彰顯兩地警方合作打擊跨境犯罪、共同維護社會治安的決心和能力。
Guangdong and Macao police forces jointly cracked robbery case, arrested two mainland men in total
On the night of 12th January 2025, the Judiciary Police received a robbery case from the Public Security Police Force. Case details revealed that the 1st involved mainland man had asked the victim to meet him up, under the pretext of currency exchange, at the lobby of a hotel in Cotai district, then the duo headed to a hotel guest room. During the transaction, the 2nd involved mainland man, who hid himself inside the toilet in advance, came out and pretended to chat with the victim. Soon afterwards, the involved duo overpowered the victim together. The 2nd involved man robbed the HKD300,000 of cash from the victim and swiftly fled, while the 1st involved man was responsible for preventing the victim from chasing. He fled the scene only after his accomplice had left. Afterwards, the victim reported to the police for help.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police followed-up on the investigation, and discovered that the involved duo had fled Macao after perpetration, forthwith requested assistance from the mainland police via the emergency liaison mechanism. At noon on 13th January 2025, the mainland police arrested the 1st involved man, who was about to abscond, at the Zhuhai Airport. Whilst, the 2nd involved man was intercepted by the Judiciary Police when he re-entered Macao on the same night. Investigation revealed that the duo had plotted the perpetration together, split the illicit proceeds, exchanged into RMB, and deposited to their respective e-payment accounts.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the 2nd involved man, arrested in Macao, to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of robbery. In addition, this case was also related to the offence of operating illegal currency exchange for gambling, thus the Judiciary Police had established another dossier for investigation and transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for handling.
The success of cracking this case with the perpetrator in mainland swiftly arrested fully reflected the smoothness and effectiveness of the policing cooperation mechanism between Guangdong and Macao, while demonstrating the determination and capability of the two police forces to jointly combat cross-border crimes, maintaining the law and order in the community collectively.
Cooperação entre as polícias de Guangdong-Macau culminou na detenção de dois homens da China continental
Na noite de 12 de Janeiro de 2025, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de roubo transferida pelo CPSP. O caso revelou que o primeiro suspeito, da RPC, com o pretexto de trocar dinheiro, combinou um encontro com a vítima no átrio de um hotel do Cotai. Os dois foram para um quarto do hotel, durante a transacção, o cúmplice, também da RPC, que tinha estado escondido na casa de banho, saiu e fingiu conversar com a vítima, mas pouco depois, os dos homens imobilizaram-no. O cúmplice roubou os 300.000 HKD que a vítima tinha na posse e fugiu. O outro impediu que a vítima corresse atrás do cúmplice, até esse estar longe e depois também fugiu, a vítima fez queixa.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo constatou que os dois suspeitos tinham fugido de Macau após o crime. Assim pedimos a colaboração da Polícia da China continental através do mecanismo de comunicação urgente. Ao meio-dia de 13 de Janeiro de 2025, a Polícia da China continental deteve o suspeito, no Aeroporto de Zhuhai, de onde pretendia fugir, por sua vez, o cúmplice foi detido pela PJ naquela noite ao entrar novamente em Macau. Apurou-se que os dois detidos eram cúmplices e que depois de dividirem o dinheiro do crime, trocaram-no em RMB e transferiram-no para as suas contas de pagamento electrónico online.
Com base no que foi apurado, o indivíduo detido em Macau foi presente ao MP acusado de roubo. Por outro lado, tendo em conta que este caso ainda envolve exploração de câmbio ilícito para jogo, a PJ instaurou outro processo e encaminho-o para o MP.
Este caso foi resolvido e o autor que estava no continente foi detido rapidamente, tudo isso revela a fluidez e a eficácia do mecanismo de cooperação policial Guangdong-Macau, o que concretiza a determinação e a capacidade das duas polícias no combate conjunto aos crimes transfronteiriços e na defesa da ordem da sociedade.
