內地婦涉販吸毒就逮
本局根據情報及調查分析，鎖定一名內地女子在本澳向賣淫女子販賣毒品，並掌握她的身份及行蹤，經部署後於2025年1月8日採取行動，於新口岸區截獲涉案內地女子，並在其租住的單位房間內檢獲2小包約重3.3克的“冰”毒、8小包共重5.8克的氯胺酮、吸毒工具、電子秤，以及大量疑用作包裝毒品的透明小膠袋。上述毒品合共約值16,700澳門元。
經查，涉案內地女子的尿液檢測結果對毒品呈陽性反應，其透過毒販購入上述毒品後轉售予賣淫女子，用作於性交易期間陪同嫖客吸毒。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物，以及不適當持有器具或設備等罪將涉案內地女子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續就案件進行深入調查。
Mainland woman arrested for trafficking and consuming drugs
Based on intelligence and investigation analysis, the Judiciary Police identified a mainland woman who was selling drugs to female prostitutes in Macao. Her identity and whereabouts were mastered and action was taken on 8th January 2025 after deployment. The involved mainland woman was then intercepted in ZAPE, with two small packets of the drug “ice” (weighing about 3.3 grams), eight small packets of ketamine (weighing a total of 5.8 grams), drug paraphernalia, electronic scale, and a large number of small transparent plastic bags suspected of being used for drug packaging were seized in the room of the residential unit she rented. The above drugs were worth a total of approximately MOP16,700.
Upon investigation, the urine test result of the involved mainland woman was found positive for drugs. She purchased the above drugs from drug dealers and resold them to female prostitutes, who used them to accompany their clients to take drugs during sexual transactions.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment, while continuing to conduct in-depth investigation into the case.
Detida uma mulher da RPC por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes
De acordo com a análise das informações e a investigação foi identificada uma mulher da RPC que estaria a vender droga às prostitutas em Macau, esta foi identificada e localizada. Através de um planeamento, entrou-se em acção no dia 8 de Janeiro de 2025, a mulher foi detida no ZAPE e foram encontrados no seu apartamento arrendado, dois saquinhos com 3,3 gramas de “ice”, oito saquinhos com 5,8 gramas de quetamina, alguns utensílios para consumo, uma balança electrónica, assim como uma grande quantidade de saquinhos supostamente usados para embalagem. A droga apreendida vale cerca de 16.700 patacas.
Apurou-se que o teste da urina da suspeita resultou positivo à droga. A detida comprou aqueles estupefacientes junto dos traficantes e vendia-a às prostitutas que acompanhavam os clientes a consumir droga durante a prática de actos sexuais.
De acordo com a investigação, a detida foi presente ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes e detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento. A PJ continua a investigar o caso.
