司警局與海關進行聯合行動 截獲三名涉走水貨青年
本局關注少年組透過學校安全聯絡網接獲本澳某中學通報，發現有非學校學生之青少年身穿該校校服在關閘口岸附近吸煙，由於懷疑事件涉及不法分子利用青少年進行違法活動，故立即交由本局搶劫罪案調查科展開跟進。
經連日調查，證實有多名身穿來自本澳五所不同學校校服的男性青少年在搗破的工廈單位進行走水貨活動，本局人員隨即將掌握之有關資訊通報澳門海關，並與澳門海關進行聯合行動，發現三名身穿校服的青少年於2025年1月7日下午進入上述工廈並於單位逗留10多分鐘後換裝離開，隨後乘坐的士前往關閘口岸，搶劫罪案調查科人員即時通知澳門海關，海關關員在口岸對三名青少年進行截查，成功在三人身上查獲價值70多萬澳門元的電子零件。
經精密部署後，本局與海關再於2025年1月8日下午2時共同採取行動進入該工廈單位，搜獲價值一千多萬澳門元的電子零件。
Three youths involved in parallel trading intercepted in joint operation by Judiciary Police and Customs Service
The Youth Concern Group of the Judiciary Police was notified by a local secondary school via the “Communication Network for School Safety” that youths, who were not students of the school but wearing its uniforms, were found smoking in the vicinity of the Border Gate Checkpoint. As it was suspected that the incident involved illegal elements exploiting young people to carry out unlawful activities, hence immediate referral to the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
Subsequent to days-long investigation, several male juveniles wearing uniforms from five different local schools were confirmed to have engaged in parallel-trading activities in the raided industrial building unit, following which the Judiciary Police personnel notified the Macao Customs Service of the relevant information obtained, and conducted a joint operation with the Macao Customs Service. Three youths wearing school uniforms were found having entered the aforesaid industrial building on the afternoon of 7th January 2025 and stayed in the unit for more than 10 minutes before changing their clothes and leaving. They subsequently took a taxi to the Border Gate Checkpoint. The Robbery Offences Section personnel notified the Macao Customs Service thereupon, resulting in interception of the three youths at the checkpoint by the Macao Customs Service personnel and successful seizure of over MOP700,000 worth of electronic parts from the three individuals.
Upon meticulous deployment, the Judiciary Police and the Macao Customs Service took joint action to enter the industrial building unit again at 2 PM on 8th January 2025, seizing electronic parts valued at more than MOP10 million.

O Núcleo de Acompanhamento de Menores da PJ recebeu uma notificação de uma escola secundária, através da Rede de comunicação com as escolas, dizendo que havia alguns jovens, estudantes de outras escolas, que usavam fardas daquela escola e que fumavam nas proximidades do Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. Como suspeitava que o incidente estaria relacionado com o uso de jovens pelos criminosos para praticar actividades ilegais, assim o caso foi encaminhado para a Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo.
Na sequência de vários dias de investigação, apurou-se que havia vários jovens, do sexo masculino, vestidos de uniformes de cinco escolas diferentes a praticar comércio paralelo numa fracção desmantelada de um edifício industrial. Com base nas informações obtidas, o nosso pessoal comunicou o facto aos Serviços de Alfândega (SA) e foi efectuada uma operação conjunta. Descobriu-se que, na tarde de 7 de Janeiro de 2025, três jovens fardados entraram naquela fracção onde permaneceram mais de 10 minutos e foram-se embora com roupas mudadas e em seguida, foram de táxi até ao Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. Conforme o que foi apurado, o pessoal daquela Secção comunicou de imediato o facto aos SA e os verificadores alfandegários interceptaram-nos naquele Posto Fronteiriço, na posse dos jovens foram encontradas peças electrónicas avaliadas em mais de 700.000 patacas.
Com um planeamento minucioso, no dia 8 de Janeiro de 2025, pelas 14h00 a PJ e os SA efectuaram uma outra operação e entraram na mesma fracção onde foram encontradas também peças electrónicas avaliadas de mais de dez milhões de patacas.
