三印尼籍男女分涉販吸毒法辦
本局毒品罪案調查處人員根據情報查悉一名印尼籍女子涉嫌在本澳販毒，經部署後於2025年1月7日採取行動，在其位於中區的住所附近將之截獲，即場在其身上搜獲1小包約重0.21克的“冰”毒。其後本局人員於上述涉案女子的住所內再截獲兩名與其合租單位的印尼籍男女，並在兩名涉案印尼籍女子的房間內檢獲58小包約重16.76克的“冰”毒、4個電子磅、吸毒工具，以及懷疑為毒資的2.9萬澳門元，而涉案印尼籍男子則正在其房間內吸食毒品。
經查，兩名涉案印尼籍女子承認上述毒品乃用作販賣及吸食，而涉案印尼籍男子則承認在上址吸毒。三人的尿液檢測結果均對毒品呈陽性反應。
是次行動中本局合共檢獲16.97克“冰”毒，約值4.3萬澳門元。
本局根據調查所得，以不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將涉案印尼籍男子移送檢察院偵辦，而兩名涉案印尼籍女子除上述兩罪外，亦涉及不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪，一併送交檢察院處理。
Three Indonesians arrested for trafficking and consuming drugs respectively
Based on intelligence, officers of the Nacortics Crime Division of the Judiciary Police investigated and discovered that an Indonesian woman was suspected of trafficking drugs in Macao. Subsequent to deployment, the Judiciary Police took actions on 7th January 2025 and intercepted the involved woman in the vicinity of her residence in Central district, seizing a sachet of the drug “ice” weighing around 0.21 gram on her at the scene. Afterwards, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted an Indonesian man and an Indonesian woman inside the residence rented together with the aforementioned involved woman. Fifty-eight sachets of the drug “ice” weighing around 16.76 grams, 4 electronic scales, drug consumption tools, and MOP29,000 suspected drug proceeds were sezied from the room of the two involved Indonesian women, while the involved Indonesian man was found consuming drugs inside his own room.
Upon investigation, the two involved Indonesian women confessed that the aforementioned drugs were for sale and for own consumption, while the involved Indonesian man admitted to have consumed drugs at the aforementioned residence. The urine samples of the three persons yielded positive results to drugs.
A total of 16.97 grams of the drug “ice”, with a worth of around MOP43,000, were seized in this operation.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Indonesian man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the offences of illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment. Whilst, the two involved Indonesian women were charged with the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in addition to the above two offences, and were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office together.

A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes recebeu informações, apurando que uma mulher da Indonésia estava a vender droga em Macau e assim preparou uma operação, a qual foi levada a cabo no dia 7 de Janeiro de 2025, conseguiu detê-la nos arredores da sua residência, na zona central, na sua posse foi encontrado um pacote com cerca de 0,21 gramas de “ice”. De seguida, no apartamento onde a mulher morava, foram detidos um homem e outra mulher da mesma origem, que arrendavam o mesmo apartamento. No quarto das duas mulheres foram apreendidos 58 pacotes que continham cerca de 16,76 gramas de “ice”, 4 balanças electrónicas, ferramentas para o consumo da droga e 29.000 patacas, dinheiro supostamente envolvido no crime, enquanto o homem estava a usar droga no seu quarto.
No interrogatório, as mulheres admitiram que a droga encontrada era destinada ao tráfico e consumo, o homem, por sua vez, confessou o uso da droga naquele apartamento. O teste à urina das três pessoas resultou positivo à droga.
Nesta operação, a PJ apreendeu um total de 16,97 gramas de “ice”, que vale aproximadamente 43.000 patacas.
Conforme o apurado na investigação, o homem foi acusado de consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e detenção indevida de utensílios, enquanto que as mulheres foram também acusadas de tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes para além dos crimes referidos, foram assim todos presentes ao MP.
