偵破人體運毒案 拘一南非籍女子
為了防範犯罪集團利用航空渠道販運毒品,本局毒品罪案調查處持續對各出入境口岸進行監察,同時加強對可疑入境旅客的篩查工作。
2023年10月9日,本局人員查知一名即將抵澳的南非籍女性旅客有可疑,隨即在澳門國際機場作部署並對之進行截查,透過X光人體掃描機檢查發現其體內藏有多枚鵝卵狀物體,遂將之送往仁伯爵綜合醫院作進一步檢驗,期間其排出70枚鵝卵狀物體,經化驗證實為共重821.23克的可卡因,毒品約值271萬澳門元。
涉案女子承認於10月7日在南非受他人招攬,在當地吞服上述鵝卵狀物體,再經新加坡飛抵本澳,事成後可獲得25,000南非蘭特(折合約10,500港元)報酬。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦,並追查毒品來源及其他涉案人。
Body-packing case busted with a South African woman apprehended
To guard against drug trafficking via air by criminal syndicates, continuous monitoring was conducted by the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police at various immigration checkpoints. Meanwhile, screenings of suspicious inbound travellers were stepped up.
On 9th October 2023, a female South African traveller, who was about to arrive in Macao, was found from investigation to be suspicious by the personnel of the Judiciary Police. Deployment was mobilized at the Macau International Airport instantly and she was stopped and searched. Through an examination by an X-ray body scanner, multiple oval-shaped objects were found inside her body, and she was taken to Centro Hospitalar Conde de São Januário forthwith for further examination. During the course, she excreted 70 oval-shaped objects, which were tested and confirmed to be cocaine (weighing 821.23 grams in total). The drugs were worth approximately MOP2.71 million.
The involved woman confessed that she had been solicited by someone in South Africa on October 7th. She swallowed the aforesaid oval-shaped objects locally and flew to Macao via Singapore. She was to receive ZAR25,000 (equivalent to approximately HKD10,500) as a reward upon completion of the task.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while tracking down the origin of the drugs as well as other involved individuals.

Para prevenir o tráfico de droga praticado por redes criminosas por via aérea, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes da PJ efectua continuamente controlos nos postos fronteiriços, simultaneamente, intensifica a revista dos visitantes suspeitos que entram em Macau.
No dia 9 de Outubro de 2023, o pessoal da PJ teve conhecimento de que uma mulher da África do Sul iria chegar a Macau, e era suspeita, assim, organizou a chegada no Aeroporto Internacional de Macau, a mulher foi controlada e através do aparelho de raio X foram detectados vários objectos de forma oval no seu corpo, assim, esta foi levada ao Centro Hospitalar Conde de São Januário, no hospital expeliu 70 invólucros ovais, que continham cocaína, no peso total de 821,23 gramas e no valor de cerca de 2,71 milhões de patacas.
A suspeita admitiu ter sido contratada por alguem na África do Sul no dia 7 de Outubro e disse que tinha engolido os objectos em causas na sua terra, veio para Macau passando por Singapura. Após concluído o transporte com sucesso, iria obter 25.000 rand da África do Sul (equivalentes a cerca de 10.500 HKD) como remuneração.
A detida foi presente ao MP por tráfico de estupefacientes, a PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga e outros eventuais envolvidos.
