“雷霆2023”——巡查路氹城區娛樂場及周邊區域
2023年9月13日,本局執行由警察總局統籌的“雷霆2023”反罪惡巡查行動,派出25名刑事偵查員巡查路氹城區娛樂場及周邊區域,以淨化社區治安。
行動中合共截查了111人(81男30女),並將涉嫌從事非法兌換貨幣活動的三名內地男子和一名本澳男子帶返本局作進一步調查,本局經完成相關調查及身份認別程序後,隨即將三名內地男子移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理,而本澳男子則准予離開。
行動期間,本局亦截獲一名逾期逗留的內地男子,在其身上搜獲的一張逗留許可憑條經檢驗後證實為偽造,故以偽造文件、使用或佔有偽造文件罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。
“Thunderbolt 2023” – Patrolling casinos and their peripheries in Cotai district
On 13th September 2023, the Judiciary Police conducted the anti-crime patrol operation “Thunderbolt 2023” under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service. 25 criminal investigators were dispatched to patrol casinos and their peripheries in Cotai district to enhance the security of the community.
A total of 111 individuals (81 men and 30 women) were stopped and questioned during the operation, three mainland men and one local man were brought back to the Judiciary Police for further investigation due to their engagement in illegal currency exchange activities. Upon completion of relevant investigation and identity verification procedures, the three mainland men were transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling while the local man was permitted to leave.
During the operation, an overstaying mainland man was also intercepted, and the “Authorization to Stay” receipt found on him was proven forged after examination. He was thus transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of forgery of documents and usage or possession of forged documents.

No dia 13 de Setembro de 2023, a PJ participou na operação anticrime “Trovoada 2023” coordenada pelos SPU; 25 investigadores criminais efectuaram rusgas nos casinos do Cotai e nas suas proximidades, com vista a melhorar a segurança.
Na operação, foram identificados 111 indivíduos (81 homens e 30 mulheres), entre estes, foram levados para as instalações da PJ 3 homens da China continental e 1 homem de Macau, uma vez que eram suspeitos de praticar troca ilegal de dinheiro. Após concluída a investigação e identificação, os três homens do continente foram encaminhados para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP, enquanto que o homem local obteve a autorização para sair.
Durante a operação, interceptámos um homem do continente com o visto de permanência caducado, foi encontrado na sua posse um boletim de autorização de permanência, que foi examinado e resultou falso, portanto, este foi presente ao Ministério Público por crimes de falsificação de documento e de uso ou posse de documentos falsos.
