四名女子涉職務之僭越被拘
2023年2月23日,本局接獲衛生局通報,指本澳中區一美容院涉嫌非法提供醫療美容服務,經濟罪案調查處人員聯同衛生局展開調查,發現涉案美容院為客人提供針劑注射及高能量儀器美容療程,並於7月27日採取行動,截獲涉案美容院兩名本澳女負責人及兩名內地女僱員,在美容院及兩名負責人的住所搜獲大量針筒注射器、針劑及麻醉藥品;經衛生局檢驗證實上述藥物非本澳註冊醫療用品,且從未批准在本澳使用。
四人均承認犯案,有關藥物是其中一名女負責人經網購取得。本局以職務之僭越罪將四名女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Four women arrested for offence of usurpation of duty
On 23rd February 2023, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Health Bureau that a beauty salon in the Central district in Macao was suspected of illegally providing medical beauty services. The Economic Crimes Division personnel launched an investigation in conjunction with the Health Bureau. It was found that the involved beauty salon provided injections and high-energy equipment beauty treatments for customers. Actions were taken on July 27th to intercept two local female persons in charge and two mainland female employees of the beauty salon involved in the case. A large number of syringes, injections and narcotic drugs were seized in the beauty salon and the residences of the two persons in charge. Examination by the Health Bureau confirmed that the above medications were not registered medical supplies in Macao and had never been approved for use in Macao.
All the four individuals admitted to the perpetration and the related medications had been obtained by one of the female persons in charge through online shopping. The Judiciary Police transferred the four women to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of usurpation of duty.

No dia 23 de Fevereiro de 2023, foi comunicado à PJ, pelos Serviços de Saúde (SS), de que um salão de beleza situado no Centro que estaria a prestar serviços de cosmetologia médica. Na investigação, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos apurou que o salão de beleza em causa fornecia tratamentos cosméticos através de injecções e aparelhos de alta energia, pelo que no dia 27 de Julho, foi desencadeada uma operação que resultou na detenção de duas mulheres locais responsáveis do salão, e duas mulheres do continente empregadas do salão. Além disso, foram encontradas, no salão de beleza e nas residências das duas responsáveis, grande quantidade de seringas, soluções e anestésicos. Conforme comprovado pelos exames dos SS, os medicamentos acima referidos não são produtos clínicos registados nem autorizados para uso em Macau.
As quatro detidas confessaram o crime e apurou-se que os medicamentos em causa tinham sido adquiridos através da internet por uma das responsáveis do salão. As quatro mulheres foram presentes ao MP pelo crime de usurpação de funções.
