越南籍男外僱涉毒品郵包販毒被拘
近日,本局與香港海關毒品調查科進行情報交流和聯合調查,得悉有不法份子以郵遞方式將毒品由東南亞國家郵寄至香港再轉運至本澳販賣;本局鎖定在澳越南籍涉案男子身份,隨即與香港海關展開聯合行動。
2022年8月24日下午,本局人員在涉案男子於高士德區代收點領取涉案郵包後,隨即上前截查並將其帶返本局,在其身上及住所合共搜獲16包香煙及68盒電子煙油,初步檢驗均含有合成大麻素成份。
涉案郵包以汽車零件作為掩飾,經檢驗,其內藏有495粒懷疑為毒品卡西酮的衍生物藥丸,約重175克,約值98,000澳門元。卡西酮是本澳較為罕見的一種毒品,俗稱“浴鹽”,是一種新型致幻劑,過量吸食會使人產生幻覺及失去理智。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦,並追查毒品來源及其他涉案人士。
Vietnamese male non-resident worker apprehended for drug trafficking via drug parcel
Having conducted intelligence exchange and joint investigation with Customs Drug Investigation Bureau of Customs and Excise Department of Hong Kong recently, the Judiciary Police learned that criminals had mailed drugs from Southeast Asian countries to Hong Kong and then transferred them to Macao for trafficking. After identifying the involved Vietnamese man in Macao, the Judiciary Police swiftly initiated joint operation with the Customs and Excise Department of Hong Kong.
After the involved man had collected the involved parcel at the pickup point in the Horte e Costa district on the afternoon of 24th August 2022, the personnel of the Judiciary Police immediately intercepted him and brought him back. A total of 16 packets of cigarettes and 68 packets of e-liquids were seized from him and his residence, all of which were found to contain ingredients of cannabinoids in preliminary examination.
The involved parcel was concealed by automotive parts. Examination confirmed that 495 pallets of suspected drugs of Cathinone derivatives pills weighed approximately 175 grams and worth around MOP98,000 were found inside. Cathinone, also known as “bath salts”, is a new type of hallucinogens rarely seen in Macao, excessive consumption will result in hallucination and loss of rationality.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while pursuing the origin of the drugs and other involved individuals.

A PJ, na troca de informações e investigação conjunta com o Customs Drug Investigation Bureau do Customs and Exercise Department de Hong Kong, soube que havia quem enviasse droga de países do sudeste asiático, por meio de encomenda postal, via Hong Kong para depois chegar a Macau e ser vendida. A PJ identificou um homem de origem vietnamita em Macau e iniciou uma operação com o Customs and Exercise Department de Hong Kong.
Na tarde de 24 de Agosto, os nossos agentes detiveram o suspeito e levaram-no para a PJ, após o levantamento da encomenda, numa loja na zona da Horta e Costa. Na sua posse e na residência foram encontrados 16 maços de cigarros e 68 caixas de líquido para cigarros electrónicos, no exame preliminar todos continham canabinoides sintéticos.
A encomenda em causa estava embalada como peças de automóvel, após efectuado o exame, verificou-se que o embrulho continha 495 comprimidos supostamente derivados da catinona, num peso de cerca de 175 g, e um valor de 98.000 patacas. A catinona é uma droga muito rara em Macau, também conhecida por “sais de banho”, é uma nova substância alucinogénia, o excesso de consumo pode causar alucinações e perda da capacidade de raciocínio.
O homem foi presente ao MP por tráfico de estupefacientes e a PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga e a procurar outros eventuais envolvidos.
