粵港澳三地警方聯合打黑行動──雷霆17
在警察總局統籌下,司法警察局和治安警察局於5月4日繼續展開“粵港澳三地警方聯合打黑行動──雷霆17”,期間突擊巡查澳門及路氹多家娛樂場、網吧、卡拉OK、酒吧等場所。
警方在行動中共截查了790人(631男,159女),其中95人被帶返警局作進一步調查。當中一名持韓國護照男子逾期逗留,一名中國籍男子因非法再入境被移送檢察院處理。同時,行動中亦發現兩名中國籍女子涉及販賣人口,另外四名南亞裔男子懷疑從事與旅客身份不符之活動而需跟進;此外,尚查獲兩名女子涉嫌經營非法旅館而被依法檢舉。
當日的“雷霆行動”警方總共出動約193名警員、警犬小隊亦參與其中,整個行動由5月4日上午開始,於5月5日凌晨2時30分結束。
警察總局會密切注視區內治安狀況,同時加強粵港澳警務合作和情報交流,聯手預防及打擊跨境犯罪,並持續統籌司法警察局和治安警察局,因應治安情勢作出適當的警務部署,以及不定期採取各類巡查及打擊行動,以淨化社區治安環境,竭力維護澳門的安全和穩定!

Operation Thunderbolt 2017 – Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Police launched joint operation to combat crimes
Under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police, together with the Public Security Police Force continued to launch the “Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Police Joint Operation - Thunderbolt 2017” on 4th May 2017, aiming to combat crimes. During the operation, sudden raids were conducted in establishments such as casinos in Macao and Cotai, internet cafes, karaokes, and bars.
A total of 790 persons (631 men and 159 women) were intercepted in the operation, with 95 persons brought back to various police stations for further investigation. One man, who was a Korean passport holder, was found overstaying, while a Chinese man was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office due to illegal re-entry. Simultaneously, two Chinese women were also discovered to be involved in human trafficking, and another 4 Southern Asian men were suspected to be engaged in activities inconsistent to their identity as tourists and therefore follow-up investigation was required. In addition, two women were also discovered to be involved in operating illegal guesthouses and therefore were prosecuted accordingly.
This “Operation Thunderbolt” started since the morning of May 4th, until 2:30am on the following day. A total of 193 police officers, together with police dog teams, were deployed for the operation.
The Unitary Police Service will continue to keep an eye on the public security situation in the region, reinforcing the policing cooperation and intelligence exchange with the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Police so as to prevent and combat cross-border crimes together. At the same time, the Unitary Police Service will continue to coordinate with the Judiciary Police and Public Security Police Force and make appropriate policing deployments to cope with the security environment, as well as launching different kinds of patrols and anti-crime activities irregularly. The aim is to purify the environment in the community and do the best to maintain safety and stability in Macao!

Operação conjunta das polícias de Guangdong, Hong Kong e Macau – Operação Trovoada 17
Com a coordenação do SPU, no dia 4 de Maio, a PJ e o CPSP efectuar a “Operação conjunta das polícias de Guandong, Hong Kong e Macau – Operação Trovada 17”, na qual foram efectuadas rusgas-surpresa nos casinos da península de Macau e do Cotai, cibercafés, karaokes e bares.
Nesta acção, foram identificados 631 homens e 159 mulheres, entres estes, 95 indivíduos foram levados para as esquadras, dois dos quais foram presentes ao MP porque um deles, com passaporte da Coreia dos Sul, encontrava-se em Macau com visto caducado, e o outro, da China continental, voltou a Macau ilegalmente. Para além disso, duas mulheres do continente estariam envolvidas num caso de tráfico de pessoas, quatro homens do Sul da Ásia, participaram supostamente em actividades que não tinham a ver com o turismo; apurou-se ainda que outras duas mulheres estariam supostamente a explorar pensões ilegais, estas foram denunciadas de acordo com a lei.
Naquele dia, 193 agentes participaram na operação, incluindo grupos cinotécnicos. A operação começou na manhã de 4 de Maio e acabou às 02:30 de 5 de Maio.
O SPU continua a acompanhar por perto a situação da segurança do território, irá reforça a cooperação e trocar informações com as polícias de Guangdong e Hong Kong, para prevenir e combater em conjunto os crimes transfronteiriços, coordenar diversas acções policiais desenvolvidas pelas PJ e pelo CPSP de acordo com a situação de segurança, bem como organizar rusgas e acções anti-crime de forma aleatória, com vista a melhorar a ordem pública e garantir a segurança e a estabilidade da RAEM.
