破兩宗販毒案 拘兩人
本局早前接獲情報，指一名內地男子在澳門向夜場人士販毒，經調查後鎖定目標，並派員到其居所外進行監視。2月10日凌晨，本局人員發現涉案男子離開住所，遂對其作出截查，在其身上搜出1.49克可卡因，再於其住所內搜出29.95克可卡因、分拆毒品及包裝工具，毒品約值10萬澳門元。
另外，本局根據情報對一名向外籍人士販賣毒品的越南籍男子進行調查，於2月10日發現涉案男子離開住所至中區某酒店附近，鑑於其形跡可疑，本局人員遂採取行動，分別於其身上及住所內搜出17.18克“冰”毒、1.95克氯胺酮、0.3克麻古粉末、一粒麻古、毒品分拆工具及兩部電子秤，毒品約值六萬澳門元。
本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不適當持有器具或設備等罪將上述兩名男子移送檢察院處理。
Two drug trafficking cases cracked with two persons apprehended
The Judiciary Police received intelligence at an earlier time, indicating that a mainland man had been trafficking drugs to night-goers in Macao. The subject was identified after investigation, and officers were deployed to conduct surveillance outside his residence. In the wee hours of February 10th, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted the involved man when he left his apartment. He was found in possession of 1.49g of cocaine, and another 29.95g of cocaine, total worth of around MOP100,000, and tools for distributing and packaging drugs were seized inside his apartment.
On the other hand, based on intelligence received, the Judiciary Police investigated a Vietnamese man, who had been trafficking drugs to foreigners. On February 10th, the involved man was found leaving his apartment to the vicinity of a hotel in the central district. Finding him suspicious, the Judiciary Police took action and seized 17.18g of “ice”, 1.95g of ketamine, 0.3g of magu powder, 1 piece of magu, tools for distributing drugs, and two electronic scales on him and inside his apartment. The total worth of the drugs was around MOP60,000.
The two abovementioned men were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment respectively.

A PJ recebeu informações dizendo que um homem da China continental estaria a vender droga aos frequentadores de estabelecimentos nocturnos. A investigação permitiu identificar o suspeito, o seu apartamento foi posto sob vigilância. Na madrugada de 10 de Fevereiro, o homem ao sair de casa foi interceptado, na sua posse foram apreendidos 1,49 gramas de cocaína, bem como foram encontrados no apartamento 29,95 gramas de cocaína e instrumentos para dividir as doses e embrulhar a droga, cujo valor ronda as 100 mil patacas.
A par disso, a PJ, seguindo as informações, investigou um homem vietnamita que estaria a vender droga aos estrangeiros. No dia 10 de Fevereiro, os agentes viram que o homem partiu de casa e chegou até as proximidades de um hotel da zona central, como tinha uma conduta suspeita, decidiram efectuar a operação que culminou na apreensão, na sua posse e no apartamento, de 17,18 gramas de “ice”, 1,95 gramas de quetamina, 0,3 gramas de maku em pó, um comprimido de maku, instrumentos para dividir as doses e duas balanças electrónicas, o valor da droga ronda as 60 mil patacas.
Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes e detenção indevida de utensílios.
