男子涉家暴、強姦、加重侮辱等罪被拘
本局於2017年1月13日接獲一名女子求助，報稱遭丈夫家暴，遂展開調查工作。
調查發現，女事主於2001年與涉案人在內地結婚，於2013年攜同兒子來澳團聚。2016年6月，女事主曾因拒絕借錢被涉案男子毆打而報警求助。至12月中旬，涉案人不顧女事主患病，多次強行發生性行為，又經常在家中大肆破壞，故意勞役及精神折磨女事主。2017年1月12日，涉案人再次搗亂住所及要求發生性行為，女事主不堪虐待，向社會工作局求助，其後向本局報案。
本局人員在1月25日早上到涉案人經營的洗車店邀請其到本局協助調查，期間涉案人拒絕配合調查工作，以粗言辱罵本局人員，還將臉部撞向辦公桌和推倒電腦屏幕及文具，本局人員隨即將其制服及將其送院治理。本局以家庭暴力、強姦、加重侮辱、抗拒及脅迫等罪將涉案人移送檢察院處理。

A woman sought help from the Judiciary Police on 13 January 2017, reporting to have suffered domestic violence by her husband. Investigation was thus launched.
Investigation revealed that the female victim had got married with the involved person in mainland China in 2001 before bringing her son to Macao for reunion in 2013. She had sought assistance from the police for being assaulted by the involved person for refusing to lend him money in June 2016. Turning a blind eye to the victim’s illness, the involved person repeatedly forced to have sex with her in mid-December, while recurrently vandalizing their home and deliberately enslaving and mentally torturing the victim. The involved person wrecked their residence and demanded sex again on 12 January 2017. Finding the abuse unbearable, the victim turned to the Social Welfare Bureau for help and subsequently reported to the Judiciary Police.
The Judiciary Police went to the carwash shop run by the involved person to invite him to the bureau for investigation on the morning of January 25th. Refusing to cooperate during investigation, he insulted the police officers with vulgarity and rammed his face to the desk, overturning the computer monitor and stationery. The Judiciary Police promptly subdued him and sent him to the hospital. He was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of domestic violence, rape, aggravated insult, resistance and coercion, etc.
Homem detido por violência doméstica, violação e injúria qualificada
No dia 13 de Janeiro de 2017, recebemos uma queixa de uma mulher que dizia que estava a ser maltratada pelo marido, iniciou-se a investigação.
Apurou-se que a mulher era casada com o homem desde 2001 na China continental e, em 2013, veio com o filho para Macau onde viviam juntos. Em Junho de 2016, a mulher pediu a intervenção da polícia porque o marido a agrediu porque ela não lhe emprestou dinheiro. Em meados de Janeiro, a mulher, mesmo estando doente, foi forçada a ter relações sexuais com o homem, este destruía, com frequência, coisas em casa, obrigou-a para trabalhar muito e torturava-a mentalmente. Em 12 de Janeiro de 2017, o homem fez estragos no apartamento e forcou-a a ter sexo com ele, a mulher não conseguindo aguentar mais, pediu ajuda ao Instituto de Acção Social e depois fez queixa na PJ.
Na manhã de 25 de Janeiro, os agentes foram a uma loja de lavagem de automóveis que o homem abriu e pediram-lhe para cooperar na investigação, mas este recusou, ralhou-os com palavrões, bateu a sua cara na mesa e deitou no chão o monitor do computador bem como alguns artigos de papelaria, foi assim controlado e transferido para o hospital. O detido foi presente ao MP por violência doméstica, violação, injúria qualificada, resistência e coacção.
