破兩宗販吸毒案 拘四人
本局早前接獲情報，指一名香港男子在本澳向夜場人士販毒，經調查後鎖定目標人物並展開部署。1月10日凌晨，本局人員發現涉案男子先從氹仔前往高士德某大廈停車場，再轉到南灣區某酒店，遂採取行動，在其身上搜獲18包共重約5.46克可卡因，隨後到其居住大廈的梯間再發現33包共重約11.64克可卡因，毒品約值5.7萬澳門元。
另外，本局根據情報對兩名吸毒青年進行調查。2017年1月9日，本局人員先後截獲二人，二人均承認吸毒；其後在台山區拘捕涉提供毒品的本澳男子，分別於其身上及住所內搜獲5.82克“冰”毒、吸食毒品及包裝工具，毒品約值1.2萬澳門元。
本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不適當持有器具或設備罪將上述四名男子移送檢察院處理，並繼續追查毒品來源。
Two cases of drug trafficking and consumption cracked with 4 arrested
The Judiciary Police received intelligence earlier, indicating that a Hong Kong man was selling drugs to club-goers in Macao. The target was identified after investigation and deployment was thus made. In the wee hours of January 10th, upon finding that the involved man first went to the car park of a building in Horta e Costa from Taipa, then headed to a hotel in the Praia Grande District, personnel of the Judiciary Police took action and seized 18 packs of cocaine which weighed a total of around 5.46g on him, and later found another 33 packs of cocaine weighing a total of around 11.64g at the stairway of the building he lived in. The total value of the drugs was around MOP 57,000.
On the other hand, the Judiciary Police carried out investigation on two drug-taking youths based on intelligence. On 9th January 2017, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the two consecutively, and both of them admitted to taking drugs. The Macao man who provided the drugs was later arrested in the Toi San District. A total of 5.82g of “ice”, drug taking utensils and packaging tools were found on him and in his residence, the value of the drugs was around MOP 12,000.
The Judiciary Police transferred the four aforementioned men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment while continued to pursue the source of the drugs.

A PJ recebeu informações indicando que um homem de Hong Kong estaria a vender droga aos frequentadores dos estabelecimentos nocturnos em Macau, após investigações, conseguiu-se identificar o suspeito. Na madrugada de 10 de Janeiro, o nosso pessoal descobriu que o indivíduo veio da Taipa para um auto-silo de um edifício da zona da Avenida Horta e Costa, depois foi para um hotel situado na zona da Praia Grande, a PJ actuou, foram encontrados na sua posse 18 pacotes de cocaína com um total de cerca de 5,46 gramas, mais tarde, descobriram-se, na escadaria do edifício onde este mora, mais 33 pacotes de cocaína com um peso total de cerca de 11,64 gramas, o valor da droga apreendida ronda as 57 mil patacas.
Por outro lado, a PJ, seguindo as informações, investigou dois jovens consumidores de droga. No dia 9 de Janeiro de 2017, os nossos agentes interceptaram, respectivamente, os dois, que confessaram o consumo de droga; depois, na zona de Toi San, detiveram um residente local que supostamente fornecia a droga, apreenderam-se, na sua posse e na residência, 5,82 gramas de “ice”, instrumentos para o consumo e a embalagem de droga, o valor da droga apreendida é de cerca de 12 mil patacas.
Os quatro homens foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, e detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento. A PJ continua a investigar a fonte da droga.
