跟進海關轉介偵破販毒案
2016年12月8日凌晨，澳門海關接報到路環截獲11名偷渡人士，在其中一名內地男子的身上及手提包搜出懷疑毒品、針筒及大量現金，其後轉交本局跟進。
經本局調查及對相關證物進行檢驗，證實毒品為海洛因，重36克，約值15,000澳門元，以及11支用作吸食毒品的針筒；同時揭發涉案男子於2013年被治安警察局驅逐出境，並禁止入境澳門九年。
涉案男子承認犯罪，供稱毒品於內地以約1,000元人民幣購買。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不適當持有器具及設備、非法再入境等罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Judiciary Police and Macao Customs Service cracked drug trafficking case
In the wee hours on 8th December 2016, the Macao Customs Service received a report and intercepted 11 illegal immigrants at Coloane. From the body and handbag of one of the mainland men, suspected drugs, syringes and a large amount of cash were found. The case was forwarded to the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
After investigation and the examination of the relevant evidence, it was found that the drug was heroin, weighing 36 grams and worth approximately MOP15,000. There were also 11 syringes for drug consumption. It was also revealed that the involved man was deported by the Public Security Police Force in 2013. He was banned from entering Macao for 9 years.
The involved man admitted to the crime. He confessed that he purchased the drug in the mainland for around RMB1,000. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotics and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensil or equipment and illegal reentry into Macao.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de droga com a colaboração dos Serviços de Alfândega
Na madrugada de 8 de Dezembro de 2016, os Serviços de Alfândega de Macau, seguindo algumas informações, detiveram 11 imigrantes em Coloane, e encontraram algo que aparentava ser droga, várias seringas e muito dinheiro na posse de um deles. O indivíduo, da China continental, foi depois transferido para a PJ.
Os nossos agentes iniciaram a investigação e realizaram um exame pericial das provas materiais, no qual se confirmou que se tratava de 36 gramas de heroína, num valor de cerca de 15.000 patacas, e 11 seringas usadas para consumo. Apurou-se ainda que o homem tinha sido expulso de Macau pela PSP em 2013 e estava proibido de entrar em Macau por 9 anos.
O homem confessou o crime e disse ter comprado a droga por 1.000 RMB no continente. O detido foi presente ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, detenção de utensílio e reentrada ilegal.
