雷霆行動2016──巡查娛樂場、夜店及酒吧
由警察總局統籌及策劃，領導司法警察局及治安警察局共同執行的“雷霆16”大型聯合警務行動於9月9日晚上11時至9月10日凌晨3時35分進行，動用了230名警力及六支攜犬小隊，巡查了澳門及路氹多間娛樂場、夜店、酒吧等場所。行動中共截查了1,080人（791男289女），當中30人（27男3女）被帶返警局作進一步調查，其中兩名中國籍男子、一名中國籍女子及一名越南籍男子逾期逗留，兩名中國籍男子及一名香港男子涉嫌非法入境。另外，一名中國籍男子涉嫌觸犯收留罪；一名菲律賓籍男子因逾期報到而觸犯違令罪；同時，警方緝獲六克氯胺酮及17支懷疑混有氯胺酮粉末的香煙，以涉嫌觸犯不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不適當持有器具或設備罪檢舉一名中國籍男子及兩名中國籍女子，以上人士俱被移交檢察院處理。行動期間亦截獲一名被司法機關執行拘留命令狀的本澳男子。
Operation Thunderbolt 2016 – Casinos, nightclubs and bars patrolled
From 11pm on September 9th to 3:35am on September 10th, the Judiciary Police and Public Security Police jointly conducted the large-scale joint police operation “Thunderbolt 16”, which was coordinated, organized and led by the Unitary Police Service. The operation deployed 230 police personnel and 6 dog squads, patrolling a number of establishments in Macao and Cotai, such as casinos, nightclubs, bars, etc. In the operation, a total of 1,080 individuals (791 men and 289 women) were intercepted. Among them, 30 individuals (27 men and 3 women) were brought to the Police Station for further investigation, of which two Chinese men, one Chinese woman and one Vietnamese man were overstaying while two Chinese men and one Hong Kong man were suspected of illegal immigration. In addition, one Chinese man was suspected of providing shelter; one Filipino man committed breach of order due to late reporting to the police. Meanwhile, the Police seized 6 grams of ketamine and 17 cigarettes suspected to have been mixed with ketamine powder, and thus one Chinese man and two Chinese women were charged with illicit consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment. All the above individuals were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office. During the operation, a local man, against whom the judicial authorities had issued a detention order, was also intercepted.
Operação Trovoada 2016 – Rusgas em casinos, estabelecimentos nocturnos e bares
Entre as 23h00 de 9 de Setembro e as 03h35 de 10 de Setembro, foi efectuada uma operação conjunta de grande dimensão - “Trovoada 2016”, coordenada e planeada pelos Serviços de Polícia Unitários. Durante a operação os SPU lideraram a Polícia Judiciária e a Polícia de Segurança Pública, mobilizando 230 agentes e seis brigadas com cães-polícia para efectuar rusgas nos casinos, estabelecimentos nocturnos e bares, de Macau e da zona do Cotai.
Foram identificadas 1.080 pessoas (791 homens e 289 mulheres), entre as quais 30 (27 homens e 3 mulheres) foram levados às esquadras para investigação, desses 30 indivíduos, 2 homens e uma mulher, da China continental, e um homem vietnamita, tinham ultrapassado oprazo de permanência do visto, dois indivíduos da China continental e um de Hong Kong estavam em Macau ilegalmente. A par disso, um homem da China continental foi acusado de acolhimento; um outro, filipino, foi acusado de desobediência por não se ter apresentado na esquadra, seguindo a órdem do Juíz. Os agentes durante a operação apreenderam seis gramas de quetamina e 17 cigarros supostamente com pó de quetamina, acusando um homem e duas mulheres da China continental de consumo de estupefacientes. Os detidos foram todos presentes ao Ministério Público. Durante a operação, foi interceptado um residente de Macau que tinha um mandato de detenção pendente.
