男子搶劫被逮

本局於2016年1月13日接獲一宗搶劫案，內地女事主在住所內休息時，突然有人按門鈴，當其開門查看時，本案涉案男子手持玻璃瓶聲稱打劫，女事主極力反抗並遭涉案男子用玻璃瓶多次襲擊頭部，最終不支倒地，涉案男子即馬上在屋內搜掠，當事主想爬起來時，被涉案男子用煙灰缸及木椅襲擊，致使其暈倒地上，期間女事主一位朋友前往上址找她，目睹女事主被襲擊，遂上前阻止並致電友人代為報警，最後涉案男子搶去女事主1,500澳門元並逃離現場。經本局調查後，鎖定作案人身份，1月14日，在涉案人準備從關閘離澳時將其截獲。涉案人承認襲擊行為但否認搶劫事實，但本局已掌握足夠證據，故以搶劫罪將涉案人移送檢察院處理。
Man arrested for robbery
The Judiciary Police received a complaint of robbery on 13 January 2016 that while the female victim from mainland China was taking a rest at her residence, someone suddenly rang the doorbell to which she answered. The involved man attempted to rob her with a glass bottle which he was holding. As the victim resisted robustly, the man struck her head repeatedly with the glass bottle, and, seeing her collapse, he instantly ransacked the house. The man attacked the victim with an ashtray and wooden chair as she was trying to rise to her feet, knocking her out. Meanwhile, the victim’s visiting friend witnessed the attack and tried to stop by calling a friend to report to the police. Finally, the involved man robbed the victim of MOP1,500 before fleeing the scene. The Judiciary Police launched an investigation and identified the suspect, intercepting him on January 14th as he was leaving Macao via Portas do Cerco. Although he confessed the attacks but denied the robbery, the Judiciary Police had already got hold of adequate evidence to transfer him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of robbery.
Detido um homem por roubo
No dia 13 de Janeiro de 2016, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de roubo indicando que uma mulher da China continental, vítima neste caso, se encontrava a descansar em casa e alguém tocou à campainha, foi abrir a porta e um homem armado com uma garrafa de vidro gritou “assalto”. Apesar de a vítima resistir, foi agredida várias vezes na cabeça, não aguentou e caiu ao chão, assim o suspeito teve tempo para revistar o apartamento, a mulher tentou levantar-se mas foi atacada com um cinzeiro e uma cadeira e acabou por desmaiar. Nesta altura chegou um amigo dela que viu a agressão, tentou impedi-la ligando a um amigo para este chamar a polícia. O suspeito roubou mil e quinhentas (1,500) patacas e fugiu.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar o autor que foi detido no dia 14 de Janeiro, nas Portas do Cerco, quando se preparava para sair do território. O detido confessou a agressão mas negou o roubo, mas há provas suficientes do seu envolvimento, este foi presente ao MP por roubo.
