涉案男子於7月7日晚上透過微信結識一名15歲女學生，訛稱可為其介紹試酒員暑期工，只需每星期試一支酒，便可獲月薪5,500澳門元，並於翌日早上相約事主到羅白沙街某大廈附近應徵。二人見面後，涉案男子帶事主到大廈停車場走火通道梯間，要求事主飲下膠瓶內盛載的酒精類飲料，事主喝下幾口後便感到暈眩，隨即失去知覺。由於事主未有回校上課，學校老師遂通知事主父母，其父母不斷嘗試與其聯絡，直至上午11時，事主恢復知覺並接聽父親電話，父親到場接載事主時發現女兒校裙背部的拉鍊破損，懷疑其被侵犯，遂向本局報案求助。本局接報後展開調查，經身體檢驗及DNA比對，相信涉案人曾對事主作出重要性慾行為，鎖定一名曾涉搶劫、勒索和詐騙案的男子，於7月16日在其寓所將其拘捕，其承認作案前曾購買高濃度白酒和一瓶礦泉水，將礦泉水飲盡後將白酒倒進礦泉水樽內供事主飲用。本局以性脅迫罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Man involved in sexual coercion under arrest
The involved man got acquainted with a 15-year-old school girl through Wechat on the night of July 7th and falsely claimed to refer a wine taster summer job to her. She only needed to taste a bottle of wine each week and could receive a monthly pay of MOP5,500. An appointment was also made with the victim to meet near a building at Rua de Brás da Rosa for job interview the next morning. After they met each other, the involved man took the victim to the fire escape staircase of the building’s carpark and requested the victim to drink the alcoholic beverage contained in a plastic bottle. The victim felt dizzy after taking a few sips and immediately lost consciousness. Since the victim did not go to school, the school teacher thus informed the victim’s parents, who then kept trying to contact her. Until 11 a.m., the victim regained consciousness and answered her father’s call. The father arrived at the scene to pick up the victim and found the zipper at the back of her daughter’s school dress damaged. Suspecting that her daughter was sexually assaulted, he therefore reported the case to the Judiciary Police for help. The Judiciary Police initiated investigation upon receiving the case. After carrying out body check and DNA comparison, it was believed that the involved individual had performed major sexual acts on the victim. A man having been involved in robbery, extortion and fraud cases was identified and arrested in his residence on July 16th. He admitted to have bought high-concentration white wine and a bottle of mineral water before committing the crime. He drank up the mineral water and then poured the white wine into the mineral water bottle for the victim to drink. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of sexual coercion.

Na noite de 7 de Julho, um homem, através do Wechat, conheceu uma estudante de 15 anos e disse-lhe que podia arranjar-lhe um emprego de verão como provador, que só precisava de provar uma garrafa de vinho por semana e iriam pagar-lhe 5500 patacas mensais, pediu-lhe também para fazer uma entrevista, na manhã seguinte, perto de um edifício na Rua de Brás da Rosa. Depois de os dois se encontrarem, o homem levou a estudante para as escadas de incêndio do parque de estacionamento daquele edifício, pediu-lhe para beber o licor contido numa garrafa, a rapariga bebeu um pouco, sentiu-se tonta e perdeu os sentidos. Como a vítima não regressou à escola, os prefessores avisaram os pais, que tentavam contactar com ela. Às 11 da manhã, a rapariga recuperou os sentidos e conseguiu atender ao telefone, este foi buscá-la e descobriu que o fecho-éclair nas costas da farda da escola estava danificado, suspeitando que a filha tivesse sido violada pediu a intervenção da PJ. Na investigação foi feito um exame corporal e exame de ADN, chegou-se à conclusão que o homem praticou um acto sexual de relevo com a vítima, mais tarde, conseguiu-se identificar o suspeito, um indivíduo com antecedentes por crimes de roubo, extorsão e burla, que foi detido na sua residência em 16 de Julho, o detido admitiu ter comprado um licor de alto grau alcoólico e uma garrafa de água mineral, depois de ter bebido toda a água, pôs o vinho na garrafa para a vítima beber. O detido foi presente ao MP por coacção sexual.
