男子涉性脅迫男童被捕

一名12歲男童於7月15日中午放學回家途中，在沙嘉都喇街某酒家門外被涉案男子喝停，藉詞不小心跌硬幣進其鞋內，要求取回硬幣，期間強行將事主帶到厚望街某大廈走廊，脫去其運動鞋，再抓着其小腿放在自己的大腿間，隔着褲子作出磨擦的猥褻行為，直至性器官有反應。其後，涉案男子稱已尋回硬幣並離開。男童感到害怕遂告知家人，並在家人陪同下向本局求助。
本局接案後展開深入調查，經分析鎖定涉案男子的身份，於7月18日在雅廉訪大馬路與提督馬路交界將涉案男子拘捕。其承認有戀物癖，對穿着白襪的男女產生性幻想，自2014年至今共作案30多次，最近一次於7月17日發生，被害人全為男學生。本局經查核資料，確認於2014年4月和7月分別發生在黑沙環和荷蘭園區的兩宗同類案件與涉案男子有關，其餘暫未接獲舉報，以性脅迫罪將其移交檢察院處理。
Man apprehended for sexually coercing boys
A 12-year-old boy was stopped by the involved man outside a restaurant at Rua de Sacadura Cabral on his way home after school on July 15th. On the pretext of taking back the coin he accidentally dropped inside the victim’s shoes, the man forcibly took the victim to the hallway of a building at Rua da Esperança. He took off the boy’s sneakers, then grabbed the boy’s lower leg to place between his own thighs and rubbed it outside his trousers until his sex organ reacted. After that, the man claimed that he had already got his coin back and left. The boy was scared and thus told his family about this, who accompanied him to report the case to the Judiciary Police.
The Judiciary Police initiated an in-depth investigation after receiving the report, and targeted the identity of the man after analysis. The man was arrested on the crossroad between Avenida do Ouvidor Arriaga and Avenida do Almirante Lacerda. The man admitted to having fetishism, which he had a sexual fantasy for males or females wearing white socks. He had committed the crime for more than 30 times since 2014, with the latest case happened on July 17th. All of the victims were schoolboys. The Judiciary Police checked past records and confirmed that two similar cases happened at Areia Preta and Ho Lan Un in April and July 2014 respectively were related to the involved man, while the other cases remained unreported. The man was handed to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of sexual coercion.

Ao meio dia de 15 de Julho, um estudante de 12 anos, no caminho para casa, foi mandado parar por um homem, fora de um restaurante na Rua de Sacadura Cabral, que disia que uma sua moeda tinha caído por acaso no sapato do rapaz, pedindo-lhe para devolvê-la. O rapaz foi obrigado a entrar no corredor de um edifício na Rua da Esperança, o homem tirou-lhe sapatos e meias, agarrou-lhe uma das pernas e colocou-a entre as suas coxas, esfregou-se nele até ter uma erecção, depois disse ter encontrado a moeda e fugiu. O rapaz cheio de medo contou o sucedido à família e foi acompanhado à PJ.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar o suspeito, que foi detido a 18 de Julho, no cruzamento entre a Avenida do Ouvidor Arriaga e Avenida do Almirante Lacerda, esse admitiu ter um fetiche por homens e mulheres que usam meias brancas. Apurou-se que, desde 2014, o homem terá actuado mais de 30 vezes, a última vez foi no dia 17 de Julho, as vítimas foram todos estudantes, de sexo masculino. Após verificar as informações recolhidas, confirmou-se que o detido está ligado a dois casos semelhantes, ocorridos em Abril e Julho de 2014, respectivamente na Areia Preta e “Ho Lan Un”, mas a PJ ainda não recebeu outras denúncias. O detido foi presente ao MP por coacção sexual.
