再搗偽基站 拘九漢
針對有犯罪集團在關閘附近利用偽基站濫發垃圾短訊宣傳博彩的情況再度出現，本局近期分別與珠海市公安局、珠海市拱北口岸綜合管理辦公室加強情報交流。經部署，於15日上午，本局與澳門電信管理局進行聯合行動，於關閘一帶對4個屋苑共41個單位進行搜查，從其中19個單位破獲偽基站，拘捕共9名來自內地和台灣的涉案男子，行動中檢獲大批犯案儀器，包括6部頻率干擾器、54部射頻模擬器、51部手提電腦、30多部手提電話、78組天線、2000多個印有至少兩個博彩網站宣傳訊息的滑鼠墊，以及部分未開封的作案工具。本局相信該犯罪集團運作至少半年，並且幕後涉及非法賭博網站和詐騙集團。
偽基站選址關閘一帶，主要利用儀器干擾內地電訊營運商的信號，乘進出關閘邊境站人士的手提電話轉線時入侵網絡，繼而發放垃圾短訊，甚或盜取客戶手提電話資料。經調查，9名 涉案男子中8名嫌疑人聲稱每月收取報酬3000至8000澳門元不等，負責每日啟動和關閉站內儀器、監測和調整干擾信號，另一名涉案嫌疑人則受僱於犯罪集團，負責承租其中兩個單位供同黨使用。本局以干擾電腦系統罪名將9名涉案人移交檢察院處理，並繼續追緝其餘在逃者。
Another “pseudo base station” busted with 9 men arrested
In reaction to the reoccurrence of pseudo base station being used by a criminal syndicate to disseminate spam SMS for gaming promotion near the Border Gate, the Judiciary Police enhanced intelligence exchange with the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau and Zhuhai Gongbei Port General Management Office respectively in recent period. After deployment, the Judiciary Police and the Macao Bureau of Telecommunications Regulation launched a joint operation on the morning of the 15th by searching a total number of 41 flats in 4 estates around the area of Border Gate. Pseudo base stations were busted in 19 of those flats and 9 involved men from mainland and Taiwan were arrested. A substantial amount of crime equipment were seized during the operation, including 6 frequency jammers, 54 RF simulators, 51 laptops, over 30 mobile phones, 78 sets of antennas, over 2000 mouse pads printed with promotional messages of at least two gaming websites and some unopened crime tools. The Judiciary Police believed that the criminal syndicate had been operating for at least half a year, and illegal gambling websites and fraud syndicates were involved behind the scenes.
The Pseudo base stations were sited in the Border Gate area and equipment was mainly used to jam the mobile phone network signals provided by mainland telecommunications service operators. While the people entering and exiting the Border Gate checkpoint changed their mobile phone network, they hacked into the network and disseminated spam SMS, or even stole the mobile phone information of the users. After investigation, 8 of the 9 involved men claimed that they received a monthly pay ranging from MOP3000 to MOP8000 and were responsible for activating and closing the equipment of the stations, monitoring and adjusting the jamming signals on a daily basis. Another suspect was employed by the criminal syndicate and was responsible for renting two of the flats for his accomplices to use. The Judiciary Police transferred the 9 involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of interference of computer system and is pursuing the remaining individuals at large.

Depois de ter descoberto várias redes criminosas que utilizavam estações emissoras para enviar sms spam sobre casinos, a PJ intensificou a troca de informações com a Directoria Municipal de Polícia de Zhuhai e o Gabinete de Gestão Geral do Posto Fronteiriço de Gongbei. Após preparar estrategicamente a operação, a PJ e a Direcção dos Serviços de Regulação de Telecomunicações, na manhã do dia 15, entraram em acção, foi realizada uma busca em 41 apartamentos de 4 edifícios residenciais, entre os quais 19 tinham estações emissoras. Nesta operação foram detidos 9 homens da China continental e de Taiwan, tendo sido apreendida uma grande quantidade de aparelhos ligados a este crime, nomeadamente 6 bloqueadores de radiofrequência, 54 simuladores de radiofrequência, 51 computadores portáteis, mais de 30 telemóveis, 78 antenas, mais de 2000 mousepad com mensagens de promoção relativas a, pelo menos, dois websites de jogo e outros utensílios. Acredita-se que esta rede estivesse a funcionar há mais de seis meses, estando ligada com alguns websites de jogo ilegal e redes de burla.
Estas estações emissoras localizavam-se na zona das Portas do Cerco, os criminosos utilizavam dispositivos específicos para interferir com os sinais das operadoras de telecomunicações da China continental, entrando na rede de telemóvel na altura em que as pessoas passavam a fronteira de Macau, para lhes enviar mensagens spam e também furtar os dados do telemóvel. Durante a investigação, 8 dos 9 suspeitos confessaram que cada um recebia 3000 a 8000 patacas por mês, estando engarregados de activar e desativar os aparelhos, bem como monitorizar e ajustar a interferência dos sinais. Apurou-se também que o outro suspeito foi contratado pela rede criminosa para alugar dois daqueles apartamentos. Os 9 detidos foram presentes ao MP por obstrução de sistema informático, a PJ continua à procura de outros cúmplices em fuga.
