三地聯合偵破7,000萬元販毒案 兩主腦落網
本局情報及支援廳與內地和香港執法部門聯手偵破一個跨國販毒集團，本局拘捕兩名主腦，內地和香港警方、海關拘捕14人及搜獲59.5公斤的“冰”毒。
本局於2010年接到情報，指有國際販毒集團從深圳販運毒品，運毒路線包括港澳兩地，遂展開調查工作，並與香港海關和深圳海關進行情報交流和資料比對。今年7月4日，深圳海關與深圳市公安局採取聯合行動，成功截獲約40公斤“冰”毒，並拘捕集團的下線成員和其他涉案人士共11人。該批毒品原計劃由內地偷運往菲律賓。7月10日，本局在路氹城某酒店客房拘捕兩名涉案主腦，即場搜出多部用於策劃、指揮、操控販毒活動的通訊工具，載有販毒資料的記事簿和紙張等，相信二人在本澳策劃及指揮販毒活動。兩名涉案人經移送司法機關審查後，現於監獄羈押。
本局在檢察院司法官的主導下，與中聯辦警務聯絡部和廣東省公安廳禁毒局協調，與深圳市公安局禁毒支隊進行情報交流和調查取證工作。此外，2013年7月及2014年2月，本局與香港海關聯手行動，在香港截獲兩名菲律賓女子和一名馬來西亞男子，分別搜出14.5公斤和5公斤“冰”毒；連同上述約40公斤“冰”毒，三地警方在本案中截獲該跨國販毒集團的“冰”毒共約59.5公斤，市值共約7,140萬澳門元。
Two masterminds arrested in joint crackdown of a $70 million drug trafficking case by three places
The Intelligence and Support Department of Judiciary Police and law enforcement agencies from mainland and Hong Kong joined hands and busted a transnational drug trafficking syndicate. The Judiciary Police arrested two masterminds, while the police and customs of mainland and Hong Kong arrested 14 persons and seized 59.5 kg of the drug “ice”.
The Judiciary Police received intelligence in 2010, indicating that an international drug trafficking syndicate trafficked in drugs from Shenzhen and the drug smuggling routes included Hong Kong and Macao. The Judiciary Police therefore initiated investigation, carried out intelligence exchange and information comparison with Hong Kong Customs and Shenzhen Customs. On July 4th this year, Shenzhen Customs and Shenzhen Public Security Bureau took concerted action and successfully intercepted around 40 kg of the drug “ice”, and a total of 11 persons were arrested including the subordinates of the syndicate and other involved persons. That batch of drugs was intended to be smuggled from mainland to the Philippines. On July 10th, the Judiciary Police arrested two involved masterminds in the hotel guestroom of a Cotai hotel, seized a number of communication tools for engineering, commanding and manipulating drug trafficking activities, as well as notebooks and papers with drug trafficking information at the scene. It was believed that the pair engineered and commanded drug trafficking activities in Macao. The two involved persons are currently detained in prison after being transferred to judicial authority for examination.
Led by the magistrates of the Public Prosecutions Office, the Judiciary Police coordinated with the Police Liaison Department of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government and the Narcotics Control Bureau of Guangdong Public Security Department to carry out intelligence exchange, investigation and evidence collection with the Narcotics Control Detachment of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau. In addition, in July 2013 and February 2014, the Judiciary Police joined hands with Hong Kong Customs to take action, intercepted two Filipinas and a Malaysian man in Hong Kong with respective seizures of 14.5 kg and 5 kg of the drug “ice”. Together with the aforementioned seizure of around 40 kg of the drug “ice”, the tripartite police intercepted a total of about 59.5 kg of the drug “ice” from the transnational drug trafficking syndicate in this case. The market value of the drugs was approximately MOP71.4 million.

O Departamente de Informações e Apoio da PJ e as autoridades da China continental e de Hong Kong desmantelaram, em conjunto, uma rede de narcotráfico, dois cabecilhas foram detidos pela PJ e 14 membros pelas polícias e alfândegas da China continental e de Hong Kong, tendo-se apreendido 59,5 quilos de “ice”.
Segundo informações recebidas em 2010 pela PJ, uma rede de narcotráfico internacional estava a trazer estupefacientes de Shenzhen, via Hong Kong e Macau, para fora do país. Iniciou-se a investigação, trocaram-se informações com as alfândegas de Hong Kong e Shenzhen e em 4 de Julho, deste ano, na opração conjunta da alfândega e Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública, ambos de Shenzhen, foram apreendidos cerca de 40 quilos de “ice” e detidos no total 11 indivíduos, sobretudo elementos daquela rede e outros envolvidos no caso, os quais tentavam transportar a droga da China continental para as Filipinas. Em 10 de Julho, os nosso agentes detiveram dois cabecilhas do grupo num quarto de um hotel do Cotai, onde foram encontrados equipamentos de comunicação, destinados para planear, dirigir e controlar o tráfico da droga, como também cadernos e folhas com registos. Acredita-se que os dois indivíduos planearam e lideraram o crime em Macau. Após a apreciação do órgão judicial, aos dois detidos foi aplicada a medida de prisão preventiva.
Sob a liderança dos magistrados do Ministério Público e com a coordenação dos Serviços de Ligação para os Assuntos Policiais do Gabinete de Ligação do Governo Popular Central na RAEM e Serviços de Combate ao Tráfico de Droga da Directoria Provincial de Segurança Pública de Guangdong, a PJ e a Brigada de Combate ao Tráfico de Droga da Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Shenzhen, trocaram informações e trabalharam na investigação e na obtenção de provas. Para além disso, em Julho de 2013 e Fevereiro de 2014, a PJ e a alfândega de Hong Kong efectuaram uma operação conjunta, na qual foram interceptados na região vizinha duas mulhres filipinas e um homem malaio, tendo sido apreendidos 14,5 e 5 quilos de ice, respectivamente. Juntando-se os 40 quilos de “ice” acima referidos, as polícias das três jurisdições apreenderam um total de 59,5 quilos de “ice”, cujo valor de mercado ronda as 71,4 milhões de patacas.
