地產中介夥同黨偷騙租客財物被捕

一名內地男子向本局報稱租住的單位被盜竊，損失15萬港元財物。本局接報後展開調查，發現事主曾透過一名地產中介人租住上述單位，因得悉事主無交屋租且離開澳門，遂聯同另一名男子召來鎖匠更換事主的門鎖，並入內搜掠事主的財物。該地產中介人其後向事主訛稱需要額外支付多一個月的租金（58,000港元）作為保證金，事主不虞有詐，將款項交予對方，惟地產中介人將租金據為己有，並與同黨把款項輸光。本局經調查後將兩名涉案人拘捕，以加重盜竊及詐騙罪名移送檢察院處理。
Real Estate Agent Arrested for Conspiring with Accomplice to Steal and Defraud of Belongings from Tenant

A Mainland China man reported to the Judiciary Police that the apartment he rented had been ransacked, causing him a loss of HKD$150,000.00 of belongings. The Judiciary Police carried out investigation after receiving the complaint. It was discovered that the victim rented the apartment via a real estate agent. Knowing that the victim had left Macao and had not paid his rent, he together with another man looked for a locksmith to change the door locks of the apartment and ransacked the victim’s belongings. The agent then lied to the victim that he had to pay one extra month of rent (HKD$58,000.00) as security deposit. The victim was not aware of the deception and thus gave the money to the agent. However, the agent embezzled the rent and lost the entire sum of money with the accomplice in gambling. After investigation, these two people involved were arrested and transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with charges of aggravated theft and fraud.

Um homem da China continental apresentou queixa na PJ dizendo que o apartamento onde residia foi assaltado, com um prejuízo total de 150 mil HKD em dinheiro e bens. A PJ iniciou logo a investigação e descobriu que o indivíduo alugou o apartamento através de um agente imobiliário que, depois de ter conhecimento de o inquilino não conseguir pagar a renda e ter saído de Macau, pediu, com a ajuda de outro indivíduo, a intervenção de um serralheiro para arrombar a porta daquele apartamento, uma vez entrados mexeram nos pertences do arrendatário. Mais tarde, o agente em questão, pediu à vítima que pagasse uma renda mensal extra (HKD 58,000) como caução, montante este que a vítima entregou sem suspeitar de nada e o dinheiro ficou com o agente que o perdeu no jogo juntamente com o cúmplice. Depois da investigação, os dois envolvidos foram detidos e presentes ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado e burla.
