司警局出席“朗朗清音頌華章──深圳少年警營2026年度朗誦大賽”
為促進深澳兩地青少年的交流，提升青年群體的愛國情懷與民族認同，2026年10月11日，本局岑錦榮副局長、社區警務及公共關係處趙朱惠敏處長帶領“社區安全青年領袖計劃”及“滅罪小先鋒種子計劃”學員代表前往廣東省深圳市，先後參觀深圳市少年警營活動中心及觀賞“朗朗清音頌華章——深圳少年警營2026年度朗誦大賽”活動。
本局代表團參觀深圳市少年警營活動中心期間，透過聆聽中心人員講解及體驗互動設備，深入了解當地面向青少年的法治與公民教育工作。
其後，本局代表團前往深圳市安托山公共文化中心觀摩朗誦大賽，岑錦榮副局長應邀擔任頒獎嘉賓，並與活動主辦單位互相致送紀念品，彰顯深澳兩地警方的深厚情誼。來自深圳市、香港特區以及在深就讀的外籍學生代表，通過朗誦、音樂和文藝展演，共同展現灣區青少年開放包容、攜手成長的青春風貌，也為深港澳青少年搭建了交流互動、同台展示的平台。
本局持續推動兩項青年計劃學員赴內地參訪，讓他們親身見證國家發展並與青少年群體互動交流，進一步增強對國家的歸屬感和責任感，激勵青少年更積極地參與社會建設，為國家和澳門的發展進步貢獻力量。

Judiciary Police attends “Splendid verses with clarion we recite – 2026 Shenzhen Junior Police Camp Recitation Contest”
To facilitate the exchange among the youths of Shenzhen and Macao and enhance their patriotic sentiment and national identity, cadets of the “Young Leaders for Community Safety Project” and “Junior Anti-crime Pioneers”, led by Deputy Director SAM Kam Weng and Head of Community Policing and Public Relations Division CHIU CHU Wai Man of the Judiciary Police, headed to Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province on 11th October 2026 to successively visit the Shenzhen Junior Police Camp activity centre and watch the “Splendid verses with clarion we recite – 2026 Shenzhen Junior Police Camp Recitation Contest” activity.
During their visit at the Shenzhen Junior Police Camp activity centre, the Judiciary Police delegation listened to the centre staff’s commentary and experienced the interactive devices for an in-depth understanding of the legal and civic education work targeting young people.
Afterwards, the Judiciary Police delegation proceeded to the Shenzhen Antuoshan Public Cultural Center to watch the recitation contest. Deputy Director SAM Kam Weng was invited to serve as an award presenter and exchanged souvenirs with the activity organiser, manifesting the profound friendship between the police forces of Shenzhen and Macao. With their recitation, music, and arts and cultural performances, student representatives from Shenzhen, Hong Kong SAR and foreigners studying in Shenzhen jointly demonstrated the Bay Area youths’ openness and inclusiveness, and the youthful spirit of flourishing together, while building a platform of exchanges, interactions and joint presentations for the youths of Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao.
The Judiciary Police continuously promotes visits of the cadets of the two youth programmes to mainland China, enabling them to witness in person the development of the country and interact with youth groups to further reinforce their senses of belongingness and responsibility towards their country, encouraging young people to contribute their effort for the progress of the country and Macao by more proactively participating in social development.
