司警局出席國際刑警組織毒品及不法物質全球會議 深化國際緝毒合作
由國際刑警組織主辦的“國際刑警組織毒品及不法物質全球會議”，於2026年10月6日至8日在捷克共和國首都布拉格舉行。本局蘇兆強副局長率領情報及支援廳謝炳權廳長、毒品罪案調查處李家和處長及李瀚妮主管出席參與。
大會圍繞全球毒品犯罪形勢、海路可卡因販運、合成毒品新興威脅、化學品供應鏈及清洗黑錢等議題進行交流。會議期間，主辦方介紹了國際刑警組織的警務能力、通報機制、項目與行動，以及專案工作組模式；並設有執法機關資訊交換及雙邊會議環節，供多個國家和地區的執法代表分享當地執法經驗及交流意見。
司警局一直秉持“情報主導”方針開展預防及打擊毒品犯罪工作，出席是次會議有助本局掌握國際毒品犯罪的最新趨勢及執法經驗，並進一步拓展與境外緝毒機關及合作夥伴的聯繫網絡。本局將持續深化國際及區域緝毒合作，加強情報交流和警務協作，提升打擊跨境毒品犯罪的能力，嚴防毒品流入本澳，共同維護社會安全。

The Judiciary Police attended INTERPOL Global Conference on Drugs and Illicit Substances to deepen international collaboration on drug enforcement
“INTERPOL Global Conference on Drugs and Illicit Substances” organised by INTERPOL took place in Prague, the capital city of Czech Republic, between 6th and 8th October 2026. Deputy Director SOU Sio Keong of the Judiciary Police led a delegation including Head of Intelligence and Support Department CHE Peng Kun, Head of Narcotics Division LEI Ka Wo and Duty Supervisor LEI Hon Nei to attend the event.
Exchange on issues surrounding trends of global drug crimes, trafficking of cocaine by sea, emerging threats of synthetic drugs, supply chain of chemicals and money laundering, etc. had been conducted in the conference. During the conference, the hosting party introduced the policing capacity, notification mechanism, projects and operations, as well as the work mode of dedicated work groups of INTERPOL. Information exchange and bilateral meeting sessions for law enforcement agencies were also included, allowing law enforcement representatives from various countries and regions to share local law enforcement experiences and exchange opinions.
The Judiciary Police has always adhered to the principle of “intelligence-led” enforcement on the work of drug prevention and combat. Attending the conference is beneficial for the Judiciary Police to learn about the updated trends of international drug crimes and law enforcement experience, while further expand the communication network with overseas drug enforcement agencies and partners. The Judiciary Police will continue to deepen international and regional drug enforcement cooperation, enhance intelligence exchange and policing collaboration, raise the capability of combatting cross-border narcotic crimes, rigorously prevent drugs from flowing into Macao, and to safeguard social security together.
