Judiciary Police organises visits to the “National Security Education Exhibition” for its personnel, members of Friends of Crime Prevention and cadets of youth programmes

The “National Security Education Exhibition 2026” was held at the Complex of Commerce and Trade Cooperation Platform for China and Portuguese-speaking Countries from April 15^th to May 15^th. The Judiciary Police personnel and their families, members of Friends of Crime Prevention in Residential Buildings and Friends of Crime Prevention for Women, cadets of Young Leaders for Community Safety and Junior Anti-Crime Pioneers actively visited the exhibition.

The exhibition, themed “Ensuring both development and security to safeguard the new journey of the ‘15^th Five-Year’”, covered the prologue “The holistic approach to national security has underpinned China’s remarkable achievements in national development during the ‘14^th Five-Year Plan’ period”, and five special topics: “Recalling the past and reflecting on the present amid changing times and circumstances, Macao has traversed an extraordinary journey in pursuing development and safeguarding security”, “Heeding entrustment and forging ahead with enterprise, the 6^th SAR Government, together with all sectors of society, has built a solid national security shield and advanced sustained prosperity and stability”, “Against an accelerated evolution and great changes unseen in a century, Macao faces intricate and far-reaching shifts in its development environment during the ‘15^th Five-Year Plan’ period”, “With comprehensive planning and extensive mobilisation, Macao will continue to balance development and security in the ‘15^th Five-Year Plan’ period, and bolster a new development paradigm with a new security framework”, “Working diligently and standing united to protect Macao, all residents will jointly forge Macao’s unbreakable line of defence for national security”.

After successively visiting all exhibition sections, the visitors watched a short educational video of national security, profoundly familiarising themselves with the remarkable achievements obtained in the modernised construction of the national security paradigm under the guidance of the holistic approach to national security, as well as the proactive measures and latest developments in the mission of safeguarding national security of the Macao Special Administrative Region. While attentively listening to the commentary and conscientiously watching the contents of the Exhibition, the visitors deeply learnt about the close connections between national security and Macao’s societal prosperity and stability, and residents’ contentment in life and work.

National security is the cornerstone of Macao’s long-term prosperity and development. As a significant force in safeguarding national security for the SAR, the Judiciary Police will remain highly vigilant at all times, constantly enhance law enforcement capabilities and awareness in risk prevention, and implement the law enforcement principle of “defending the nation and safeguarding Macao with loyalty, integrity and diligence” to earnestly fulfill the statutory duties of upholding national security and steadfastly safeguard Macao’s security and stability, contributing strength to overall national security.

A “Exposição sobre a Educação da Segurança Nacional” de 2026 esteve patente de 15 de Abril a 15 de Maio, no Complexo da Plataforma de Serviços para a Cooperação Comercial entre a China e os Países de Língua Portuguesa. O pessoal da PJ e seus familiares, os membros dos grupos “Amigos da Prevenção Criminal na Área da Habitação” e “Amigos da Prevenção Criminal para Mulheres”, assim como os participantes dos projectos “Líder Juvenil da Segurança Comunitária” e “Guia Juvenil para Combater o Crime”, visitaram a exposição com entusiasmo.

A exposição deste ano, com o tema “Coordenar o desenvolvimento e a segurança. Salvaguardar a nova jornada do 15.º Plano Quinquenal Nacional”, era composta por uma introdução “A perspectiva geral da segurança nacional garante o desenvolvimento do País e obteve êxitos mundialmente notáveis no período do 14.º Plano Quinquenal”, e cinco partes temáticas, sendo: “Relembrar o passado e contemplar o presente, com a mudança dos tempos e a evolução do mundo. A extraordinária jornada da promoção do desenvolvimento e da defesa da segurança em Macau”; “Ter sempre em mente as instruções e avançar com empreendedorismo. O VI Governo da RAEM guia todos os sectores da sociedade para consolidar a barreira protectora da segurança nacional e fomentar o desenvolvimento próspero e estável”; “Mudanças centenárias evoluíram de forma acelerada. Profundas e complexas mudanças no ambiente de desenvolvimento de Macau durante o período do 15.º Plano Quinquenal”; “Planeamento abrangente e mobilização de forças. Persistência na coordenação do desenvolvimento e da segurança de Macau durante o período do 15.º Plano Quinquenal para garantir um novo modelo de desenvolvimento através de um novo paradigma de segurança”; e “Trabalho com precisão e meticulosidade para salvaguardar em conjunto a segurança de Macau. Colaboração de toda a população para construir uma linha sólida em Macau para a defesa da segurança nacional”.

O nosso pessoal visitou todas as secções e assistiu ao vídeo educativo sobre a segurança nacional tendo ficado a conhecer profundamente o resultado notável alcançado pela modernização do sistema de salvaguarda da segurança nacional sob a orientação da perspectiva geral da segurança nacional, bem como o desempenho proactivo do Governo da RAEM nas acções deste domínio e o respectivo progresso. Os visitantes ouviram atentamente as explicações e observaram cuidadosamente o material exposto, adquirindo uma compreensão mais profunda da estreita ligação entre a segurança nacional, a prosperidade e estabilidade da sociedade de Macau e o bem-estar da população.

A segurança do Estado é a pedra angular da prosperidade e estabilidade a longo prazo de Macau. Como força importante na defesa da segurança nacional na RAEM, a PJ manter-se-á sempre altamente vigilante, melhorando constantemente as suas capacidades de execução da lei e a sensibilização para a prevenção de riscos, implementando o princípio “Defender a nossa Pátria e proteger Macau. Comportar-se com lealdade, integridade e profissionalismo”, cumprindo seriamente as suas atribuições legais no âmbito de segurança nacional, defendendo, com firmeza, a segurança e a estabilidade de Macau, assim como contribuindo para a segurança geral do País.
