保安司司長新春視察及慰問前線人員

2026年2月19日(年初三),保安司司長陳子勁率警察總局局長梁文昌、海關關長何浩瀚以及一眾保安範疇的領導及主管人員,親身前往邊檢口岸、前線工作單位以及氹仔舊城區一帶視察,實地了解節日期間的安保與通關情況,並向堅守崗位的執勤人員致以慰問及送上節日祝福。

上午,保安司司長一行先後巡視了關閘與港珠澳大橋口岸的出入境事務站、司法警察局報案及緊急行動中心以及消防局西灣湖行動站。視察期間,陳司長聽取前線單位的工作匯報,重點了解新春期間口岸的人車通關管控措施、關檢運作、警方接報案件與偵查情況以及消防應急救援部署等,並檢視過去幾天農曆新年安保預案的執行成效。陳司長指示保安範疇全體人員須做好應急預案,確保人車通關安全暢順,同時保持高度警覺,密切留意社區安全動態,加強預防及打擊各類違法活動,嚴防不法分子於新春期間伺機作案,針對節日祭祀及燃放煙花炮竹等傳統習俗,要加強防火巡查及風險管控,切實保障市民及旅客的生命及財產安全。

為配合特區政府於特定節假日在氹仔舊城區及關前後街恆常設置行人專用區,保安當局作出相應的警務部署,為實地視察,陳司長一行是日專程前往氹仔舊城區一帶巡視,了解行人專用區的人流狀況、周邊交通管制措施以及相關警務部署,並指示保安人員團隊要確保公共秩序、人流疏導的工作。

巡視期間,陳司長親切慰問正在執勤的前線同事,對彼等在節日期間恪盡職守、無私奉獻的專業精神及態度表示肯定,同時向他們送上節日祝福。陳司長勉勵保安範疇全體人員持續守護好每一位市民與旅客的安全,全力維護節日期間的社會治安,為廣大市民及旅客歡度佳節提供堅實保障。

Secretary for Security conducts Spring Festival inspection and conveys greetings to frontline personnel

On 19th February 2026 (the third day of the Lunar New Year), Commissioner General of the Unitary Police Service LEONG Man Cheong, Director-General of the Macao Customs Service Adriano Marques HO, leaders and supervisors from public security authorities, led by Secretary for Security CHAN Tsz King, conducted on-site inspections of security and clearance arrangements for the Spring Festival celebrations at border checkpoints, frontline work units and Taipa Village, while conveying greetings and festive blessings to staff remaining steadfast on duty.

In the morning, the delegation led by Secretary for Security successively inspected the immigration posts at Portas do Cerco and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port, the Case Reporting and Emergency Operation Centre of the Judiciary Police and the Sai Van Operation Station of the Fire Services Bureau. During his inspections, Secretary CHAN listened to work reports from frontline units, mainly learning about the passenger and vehicle clearance measures, immigration operation, case receiving and investigation by the police and fire emergency rescue deployment, while reviewing the effectiveness of implementation of the Lunar New Year security plans in the previous few days. Secretary CHAN directed all personnel of the public security forces to ensure the readiness of emergency plans and the smooth clearance of passengers and vehicles, while remaining highly vigilant and paying close attention to the safety dynamics in the community, reinforcing the prevention and combat of various illegal activities to rigorously defend against unruly elements taking the opportunity to perpetrate crimes during the Spring Festival. Considering tradition rituals such as festival veneration and setting off of firecrackers, patrols and risk management for fire prevention were to be strengthened to ensure the protect the lives and property of residents and tourists.

Working in concert with the SAR Government’s regular setup of pedestrian zones at Taipa Village and Rua de Nossa Senhora do Amparo during designated festivals, the public security authorities made corresponding police deployments. Secretary CHAN and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection in the neighbourhood of Taipa Village to learn about the crowd situation, traffic control measures and related police deployments around the pedestrian zones, while instructing security personnel to ensure public safety and crowd control.

During his inspection, Secretary CHAN sent his warm regards to on-duty frontline colleagues, acknowledging their professional spirit and attitude in dedication to duty and selflessness in service during the festival and conveying his festive greetings. Secretary CHAN encouraged all personnel of the public security forces to continue to safeguard each and every resident and tourist, mightily upholding law and order during the holidays and providing solid protection for residents and tourist to enjoy the festival.
