警方巡視新春安保部署 保障節慶活動安全有序

新春佳節將至,澳門將舉行多項大型節慶活動,預計吸引大量市民及旅客參與。為確保節日期間社會治安穩定,保障公眾安全,警察總局局長梁文昌於2026年2月13日聯同保安範疇領導及主管人員,市政署、旅遊局及文化局等部門代表,先後前往媽閣廟、花車巡遊路線、塔石年宵市場等多個重點活動場地,實地視察各項活動的籌備進度,並檢視現場警力部署與安保工作。

巡視期間,梁文昌局長聽取了各部門在行動規劃、人流管理、交通管制措施、沿岸及海上安保部署、消防及應急救援方案,以及相關警力配置等方面的詳細匯報。梁局長強調,各部門須密切監控市面治安動態及人流狀況,充分評估各類突發事件的風險,持續完善和細化應急預案,強化跨部門協調與聯動機制,嚴防突發事故和社會安全事件,務求在安全、有序的環境下,確保各項節慶活動順利舉行。梁局長亦提醒前線人員在執行職務時須展現警隊專業與人文關懷,持續提升整體公共安全服務質素。

參與巡視的官員還包括:消防局局長王健、治安警察局代局長伍素萍、警察總局局長助理梁文照、澳門海關助理關長葉華釗、治安警察局副局長梁慶康、司法警察局副局長蘇兆強、旅遊局副局長司徒琳麗,以及市政署、文化局的代表。

Police inspected Chinese New Year security deployments to ensure safe and orderly festive events

With the Chinese New Year approaching, Macao was about to host a variety of large-scale festive activities, which were expected to attract a large number of participating residents and tourists. To ensure stability of societal security and maintain public safety during the festive period, the Commissioner General of the Unitary Police Service LEONG Man Cheong, along with the directorate and supervisory officials from the security sector, as well as representatives from departments such as the Municipal Affairs Bureau, the Macao Government Tourism Office and the Cultural Affairs Bureau, successively went to a number of key event venues on 13th February 2026, including A-Ma Temple, the float parade route and the Tap Seac Chinese New Year Market, for a field visit to oversee the progress of preparations for various events and review on-site police deployment and security work.

During the inspection, various departments reported in detail to Commissioner General LEONG Man Cheong on aspects such as operational planning, crowd management, traffic control measures, coastal and maritime security deployments, firefighting and emergency rescue plans, as well as the related police force allocation. Commissioner General LEONG emphasised that all departments must closely monitor the current security dynamics and crowd flows, fully assess the risks of various emergencies, continuously improve and refine contingency plans, strengthen cross-departmental coordination and liaison mechanisms, and strictly prevent accidents and societal security incidents.   The goal was to ensure that all festive activities proceed smoothly in a safe and orderly environment. Commissioner General LEONG also reminded frontline personnel to demonstrate the police force’s professionalism and humanistic care while performing duties, and to continuously enhance the overall quality of public security services.

The officials participating in the inspection also included: Commissioner of the Fire Services Bureau WONG Kin, Acting Commissioner of the Public Security Police Force NG Sou Peng, Assistant to Commissioner General of the Unitary Police Service Luís LEONG, Assistant Director General of the Macao Customs Service IP Wa Chio, Deputy Commissioner of the Public Security Police Force LEONG Heng Hong, Deputy Director of the Judiciary Police SOU Sio Keong, Deputy Director of the Macao Government Tourism Office SI TOU Lam Lai, as well as representatives from the Municipal Affairs Bureau and the Cultural Affairs Bureau.
